織金風(fēng)化磷塊巖中離子吸附型稀土的淋濾浸出試驗

【摘要】:為證實貴州織金磷礦床中存在類似中國南方花崗巖風(fēng)化殼離子吸附型存在形式的稀土,首先分析和確定了風(fēng)化磷礦石的礦物組成主要為膠磷礦和白云石,以及含不足5%的黏土礦物和其它次要礦物,稀土總量介于1200×10~(-6)~1700×10~(-6)之間,Y、La、Nd和Ce四元素占稀土總量的82%以上的稀土配分特征,然后利用硫酸銨溶液對采自礦區(qū)地表的風(fēng)化磷礦進(jìn)行浸泡后過濾,再利用ICP-MS法對過濾液進(jìn)行了稀土全分析。結(jié)果濾液中各稀土組分都顯示一定的含量,稀土總量平均值為3.313μg/m L,其中浸出的稀土以Tm、Eu、Er、Ho和Dy為主,占90%以上,可見浸出的稀土與原礦中稀土組分的含量高低無關(guān),表明織金磷礦床中存在以中、重稀土為主的離子吸附型稀土,但所占比例小,遠(yuǎn)低于類質(zhì)同象存在形式的稀土。離子吸附型稀土的成因與漫長時限的風(fēng)化作用導(dǎo)致稀土從礦物晶格中解離出來以及黏土礦物等所起的吸附載體作用密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In order to confirm the existence of rare earth elements in the Zhijin phosphate deposit of Guizhou Province similar to the ion-adsorbed form of weathered granite in southern China, the mineral composition of the weathered phosphate rock is analyzed and determined to be mainly composed of colloidal phosphate rock and dolomite. The total amount of rare earth in clay and other minor minerals containing less than 5% is between 1 200 脳 10 ~ (-6) and 1 700 脳 10 ~ (10) ~ (6)). ND and ce four elements account for more than 82% of the total rare earth elements of the rare earth partition characteristics. Then the ammonium sulfate solution is used to soak and filter the weathered phosphate rock collected from the surface of the mining area. The rare earth elements in the filtrate were analyzed by ICP-MS method. Results the average amount of rare earth elements in the filtrate was 3.313 渭 g 路mL ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1) ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1). The main rare earths leached out are Tmcr EuEU Ern Ho and Dy, accounting for more than 90%. It can be seen that the leaching rare earths have nothing to do with the content of rare earth components in the raw ore, which indicates that there is a middle ore deposit in the Zhijin Phosphate deposit. Heavy rare earth is mainly ion adsorbed rare earth, but the proportion is small. The genesis of ion-adsorbed rare earths is closely related to the weathering of long time periods resulting in the dissociation of rare earths from mineral lattices and the adsorption of clay minerals.
