【摘要】:基于破煤理論建立了采煤機(jī)的力學(xué)模型,采用ADAMS建立采煤機(jī)剛?cè)狁詈夏P?并解決了邊界條件添加、接觸法向力提取等技術(shù)問(wèn)題,分析了行星軸、架的可靠性;基于行星減速機(jī)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度校核基本原理,開(kāi)發(fā)了行星齒輪強(qiáng)度校核軟件,以虛擬仿真中的動(dòng)態(tài)接觸法向力為輸入,對(duì)某公司兩種行星減速機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案中各齒輪的接觸應(yīng)力和彎曲應(yīng)力進(jìn)行研究。該方法解決了傳統(tǒng)分析中齒輪受力無(wú)法確定以及采用有限元軟件無(wú)法求解齒根彎曲應(yīng)力、求解接觸應(yīng)力時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)的不足。結(jié)果表明:二級(jí)行星減速機(jī)構(gòu)采用4行星輪結(jié)構(gòu)要優(yōu)于采用3行星輪方案,傳動(dòng)更穩(wěn)定、可靠。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of coal breaking, the mechanical model of shearer is established, and the rigid-flexible coupling model of shearer is established by using ADAMS. The technical problems such as adding boundary conditions and extracting the contact normal force are solved, and the planetary axis is analyzed. Reliability of the frame; Based on the basic principle of planetary reducer structure strength checking, a planetary gear strength checking software is developed, with the input of dynamic contact normal force in virtual simulation. The contact stress and bending stress of each gear in two design schemes of planetary reducer in a certain company are studied. The method solves the problem that the gear force can not be determined in traditional analysis and that the finite element software is not able to solve the tooth root bending. Curved stress. The results show that the structure of the secondary planetary reducer is more stable and reliable than the scheme of the 3-planet gear, and the structure of the second-order planetary reducer is better than that of the 3-planet gear.
