【摘要】:針對采煤機制動器中摩擦片溫度和磨損量過高存在安全隱患的問題,設計了一種基于STM32F205RC的采煤機制動器監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用32位ARM STM32F205RC作為核心處理芯片,具有速度快,性價比高的優(yōu)點。選用MAX6610作為ADC基準電路和溫度冷端補償電路,提高了溫度測量的準確度。實時顯示當前的磨擦片的溫度和磨損量,并根據(jù)設定值產生報警,提高了制動器的安全性能。
