板式高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化與流場(chǎng)仿真(英文)

高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥內(nèi)部存在相對(duì)復(fù)雜的流動(dòng)狀態(tài),在閥芯高速啟閉過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生低壓區(qū)和油液回流,引起氣穴和旋渦等現(xiàn)象,影響板閥內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定性以及高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥的流量特性。針對(duì)高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥流量小和內(nèi)流場(chǎng)不穩(wěn)定的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的閥芯結(jié)構(gòu),建立了不同開(kāi)口的二孔和三孔板繞軸的流場(chǎng)模型,并選擇ANSYS Workbench軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了網(wǎng)格化處理;贔LUENT仿真軟件,選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k-ε湍流模型進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬研究,得到了在相同壓力和不同開(kāi)口度下的壓力分布和速度分布。得到了優(yōu)化模型的結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù)。對(duì)不同壓力下的流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性分析,三孔閥芯的流場(chǎng)變化與二孔閥芯相似,但不會(huì)形成低壓區(qū),三孔閥芯在2 MPa及以下均能穩(wěn)定工作。改善了閥芯高速開(kāi)閉過(guò)程中低壓區(qū)和油液回流現(xiàn)象,提高了高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥的流場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定性和流量。最后對(duì)比了本文設(shè)計(jì)的板式高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥和現(xiàn)有液壓閥產(chǎn)品的流量特性。結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的三孔板式高速開(kāi)關(guān)閥在200Hz和較大開(kāi)口度下能夠保持內(nèi)流場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定,并且實(shí)現(xiàn)了流量的提升。
