變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

  在機(jī)構(gòu)的研究與應(yīng)用中,一般假設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu)的主動(dòng)構(gòu)件作等速運(yùn)動(dòng)。這一等輸入轉(zhuǎn)速的假設(shè)是傳統(tǒng)機(jī)構(gòu)與機(jī)器設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)。本研究報(bào)告提出一個(gè)改進(jìn)的觀念,稱為“變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)”。變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)是藉由主動(dòng)地改變輸入構(gòu)件的轉(zhuǎn)速軌跡來改善機(jī)構(gòu)的性能。本研究報(bào)告首次提出變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的明確的理論概念,并發(fā)展一套系統(tǒng)化的設(shè)計(jì)流程。在第一章中,介紹變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的基本概念及其研究背景。在第二章中,提出變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的基本理論,包括系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、設(shè)計(jì)流程以及具體的求解程序。第三章研究變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì),提出輸出運(yùn)動(dòng)控制的設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則與方法。第四章研究變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力設(shè)計(jì),提出改善動(dòng)力特性的設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則與方法。第五章研究變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì),提出一個(gè)彈性機(jī)構(gòu)振動(dòng)控制的新方法。在第六章中,將變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的觀念加以擴(kuò)展,應(yīng)用于非圓齒輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。在第七章中,將變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的觀念進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展,應(yīng)用于馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的速度波動(dòng)補(bǔ)償。第八章是全文總結(jié),并指出變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的未來研究方向。變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)是機(jī)構(gòu)與機(jī)器理論領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新觀念,具有巨大的研究與應(yīng)用潛力。本研究報(bào)告所發(fā)展的僅是變輸入轉(zhuǎn)速機(jī)構(gòu)的基本理論架構(gòu),...
