變輸入轉速機構設計

在機構的研究與應用中,一般假設機構的主動構件作等速運動。這一等輸入轉速的假設是傳統(tǒng)機構與機器設計方法的基礎。本研究報告提出一個改進的觀念,稱為“變輸入轉速機構”。變輸入轉速機構的設計目標是藉由主動地改變輸入構件的轉速軌跡來改善機構的性能。本研究報告首次提出變輸入轉速機構的明確的理論概念,并發(fā)展一套系統(tǒng)化的設計流程。在第一章中,介紹變輸入轉速機構的基本概念及其研究背景。在第二章中,提出變輸入轉速機構的基本理論,包括系統(tǒng)構成、設計流程以及具體的求解程序。第三章研究變輸入轉速機構的運動設計,提出輸出運動控制的設計準則與方法。第四章研究變輸入轉速機構的動力設計,提出改善動力特性的設計準則與方法。第五章研究變輸入轉速機構的振動設計,提出一個彈性機構振動控制的新方法。在第六章中,將變輸入轉速機構的觀念加以擴展,應用于非圓齒輪連桿機構的設計。在第七章中,將變輸入轉速機構的觀念進一步擴展,應用于馬達驅動機構系統(tǒng)的速度波動補償。第八章是全文總結,并指出變輸入轉速機構的未來研究方向。變輸入轉速機構是機構與機器理論領域的創(chuàng)新觀念,具有巨大的研究與應用潛力。本研究報告所發(fā)展的僅是變輸入轉速機構的基本理論架構,...
