【摘要】：蓄能器充液特性對液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力穩(wěn)定有重要作用。該研究對牙輪鉆機(jī)充液系統(tǒng)的充液特性及其關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)元件——充液閥特性進(jìn)行研究。在蓄能器充液過程中,對充液閥進(jìn)行機(jī)理分析,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,搭建AMESim仿真模型,得出蓄能器在工作狀態(tài)下的壓力、流量隨時間變化的變化規(guī)律,揭示了充液閥滿足充液系統(tǒng)性能要求。
[Abstract]:The filling characteristics of accumulator play an important role in the pressure stability of hydraulic system. In this paper, the liquid filling characteristics of the filling system of the rotary drilling rig and the characteristics of the liquid filling valve, which is the key structural element of the drilling rig, are studied. In the process of accumulator filling, the mechanism of liquid filling valve is analyzed, the mathematical model is established, and the AMESim simulation model is built. The variation law of pressure and flow rate of accumulator with time is obtained, and it is revealed that the liquid filling valve meets the performance requirements of liquid filling system.
