內(nèi)—外復(fù)合嚙合圓銷式齒形鏈長(zhǎng)精度的研究

【摘要】:鏈條作為機(jī)械行業(yè)中的一種十分重要的基礎(chǔ)零件,在鏈條工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代化的大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。目前,隨著社會(huì)的前進(jìn),各行各業(yè)不斷發(fā)展,機(jī)械傳動(dòng)技術(shù)尤其是鏈傳動(dòng)技術(shù)得到了很好的提高與改進(jìn)。新科技、新能源產(chǎn)品占領(lǐng)越來越多的市場(chǎng),新工藝不斷取代傳統(tǒng)工藝,新的設(shè)備不斷更新?lián)Q代。此外,,大批量多功能用途的新產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)在機(jī)械各行業(yè)中,研究成果的可靠性及實(shí)用性越來越受到重視,耐環(huán)境、低噪聲、耐久性、可靠性、高強(qiáng)度等因素構(gòu)成了研究過程的主要考慮因素,這就構(gòu)成了鏈傳動(dòng)行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展的重要原因。 鏈傳動(dòng)在機(jī)械工業(yè)中有著許多其他傳動(dòng)方式所無法比擬的作用。特別是齒形鏈,近年來,隨著汽車、摩托車和叉車等的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的不斷發(fā)展,得到了各行業(yè)越來越多的重視。在一些特殊的工況下,比如低噪聲、大載荷,其傳動(dòng)性能要優(yōu)于齒輪傳動(dòng)、齒形帶傳動(dòng)以及滾子鏈傳動(dòng)。本文主要是以圓銷式齒形鏈的節(jié)距和鏈長(zhǎng)作為研究對(duì)象,具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1、本論文簡(jiǎn)要的闡述了鏈傳動(dòng)的發(fā)展以及研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了與皮帶傳動(dòng)和齒輪傳動(dòng)相比較的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,介紹了鏈條的種類及鏈傳動(dòng)的幾種失效形式;闡述了齒形鏈發(fā)展的背景、研究的必要性及科學(xué)方法的可行性,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了齒形鏈的分類及特點(diǎn);明確了本次課題研究的目的。 2、本論文分析了影響組成齒形鏈的尺寸鏈的參數(shù),其中包括:齒形鏈鏈板孔中心之間的距離、銷軸中心與鏈板孔中心的偏離量、邊心距、內(nèi)側(cè)工作齒廓曲率半徑等。 3、齒形鏈在計(jì)算鏈長(zhǎng)精度時(shí)跟滾子鏈一樣,也有設(shè)計(jì)方面要求。多個(gè)鏈節(jié)所組成的鏈條長(zhǎng)度等于這些鏈節(jié)的所有節(jié)距之和。因此,要想研究鏈長(zhǎng)精度,我們必須還要研究組成鏈條的節(jié)距精度。本論文提出用概率法解尺寸鏈的方法對(duì)圓銷式齒形鏈的節(jié)距和鏈長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行公式推導(dǎo),根據(jù)其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證中測(cè)量方法的不同,提出了兩套具體方案:測(cè)量節(jié)距為同側(cè)鏈板工作齒廓曲率半徑與邊心距在鏈板孔心連線的軸線上的投影之間的距離;測(cè)量節(jié)距為同側(cè)鏈板工作齒廓曲率半徑在鏈板孔心連線的軸線上的投影之間的距離。使論文的研究成果在應(yīng)用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中保證其可靠的實(shí)用性,同時(shí)具有指導(dǎo)意義。 4、本論文通過對(duì)圓銷式齒形鏈節(jié)距和鏈長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的公式推導(dǎo)結(jié)果,經(jīng)過進(jìn)一步分析與推導(dǎo),得出一條齒形鏈節(jié)數(shù)與鏈長(zhǎng)相對(duì)偏差的關(guān)系圖,并且用具體實(shí)例證明了求解方法的正確性與可行性。 5、為了證明理論推導(dǎo)的可靠性,本論文還對(duì)其進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。測(cè)量了影響齒形鏈節(jié)距和鏈長(zhǎng)的零件參數(shù),對(duì)齒形鏈不同節(jié)數(shù)的過程能力指數(shù)分析,試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)有力地證明了理論推導(dǎo)結(jié)論的正確性。為工廠生產(chǎn)、制造、安裝圓銷式齒形鏈提供了理論依據(jù)。

[Abstract]:As a very important basic part in the mechanical industry, chain has realized modern mass production in the field of chain industry. At present, with the progress of society and the continuous development of various industries, mechanical transmission technology, especially chain transmission technology, has been well improved and improved. New technology, new energy products occupy more and more markets, new processes continue to replace the traditional process, new equipment continues to update. In addition, a large number of new products for multi-purpose use appear in various mechanical industries, and the reliability and practicability of the research results are paid more and more attention. Environmental resistance, low noise, durability, reliability, high strength and other factors constitute the main considerations in the research process, which constitutes an important reason for the rapid development of the chain transmission industry. Chain transmission plays an incomparable role in the mechanical industry. Especially tooth chain, in recent years, with the continuous development of automobile, motorcycle and forklift engine, more and more attention has been paid to it in various industries. Under some special working conditions, such as low noise and high load, its transmission performance is better than that of gear transmission, tooth belt drive and roller chain drive. In this paper, the pitch and chain length of circular pin tooth chain are taken as the research object. The specific research contents are as follows: 1. This paper briefly expounds the development and research status of chain transmission, analyzes the advantages and application fields compared with belt transmission and gear transmission, and introduces the types of chain and several failure forms of chain transmission; This paper expounds the background of the development of tooth profile chain, the necessity of research and the feasibility of scientific methods, briefly introduces the classification and characteristics of tooth profile chain, and clarifies the purpose of this research. 2. In this paper, the parameters that affect the dimension chain that make up the tooth chain are analyzed, including the distance between the center of the plate hole of the tooth chain, the deviation between the center of the pin shaft and the center of the hole of the chain plate, the distance between the edge center and the curvature radius of the inner working tooth profile, and so on. 3. The tooth profile chain has the same design requirements as the roller chain in calculating the length and accuracy of the chain. The length of the chain composed of multiple links is equal to the sum of all the pitch of these links. Therefore, in order to study the chain length accuracy, we must also study the pitch accuracy of the chain. In this paper, the probability method is proposed to solve the dimension chain by using the probability method to deduce the pitch and chain length of the circular pin toothed chain. according to its structural characteristics and the different measurement methods in the experimental verification, two sets of concrete schemes are put forward: measuring the distance between the curvature radius of the working tooth profile of the same side chain plate and the projection of the edge center distance on the axis of the hole center line of the chain plate; The distance between the pitch and the projection of the curvature radius of the working tooth profile of the same side chain plate on the axis of the hole center line of the chain plate is measured. The research results of this paper can be applied to practical production to ensure its reliable practicability and guiding significance at the same time. 4. Through the derivation of the formula of the relationship between pitch and chain length of circular pin tooth chain, through further analysis and derivation, a diagram of the relative deviation between the number of tooth profile chain and chain length is obtained, and the correctness and feasibility of the solution method are proved by a concrete example. 5. In order to prove the reliability of the theoretical derivation, this paper also carries on the experimental verification to it. The parameters of the parts that affect the pitch and chain length of the tooth profile chain are measured, and the process capability index of different nodes of the tooth profile chain is analyzed. The experimental data strongly prove the correctness of the theoretical derivation conclusion. It provides a theoretical basis for the production, manufacture and installation of round pin toothed chain.
