應用超級電容的集裝箱門式起重機電驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:輪胎式集裝箱門式起重機具有操作靈活,可轉(zhuǎn)場作業(yè)的特點,一直都是世界大型集裝箱碼頭的專業(yè)設備,而且它的投資成本低,可以分批購買,所以在集裝箱碼頭的使用率非常高,,很受歡迎。 但是,近年來人們對節(jié)能環(huán)保意識的日益提高,使輪胎式集裝箱門式起重機的使用受到了一定程度的限制。傳統(tǒng)輪胎式集裝箱門式起重機電源采用的是柴油發(fā)電機,在發(fā)電機運行中,一直都存在能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率低,能耗和成本高的問題。 針對傳統(tǒng)集裝箱門式起重機的缺點,將儲能裝置加入到起重機電驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)中,設計了基于超級電容的混合動力系統(tǒng)。利用超級電容存儲電機制動和發(fā)電時的能量,將部分原來在制動電阻上消耗的能量存儲起來再利用,從而降低能耗。 論文首先分析了傳統(tǒng)集裝箱門式起重機工作過程中的能量傳遞和能量損失情況,基于分析結(jié)果提出了集裝箱門式起重機節(jié)能改造的方案,并建立了整個混合動力系統(tǒng)模型進行仿真分析。 結(jié)合超級電容的特點,研究了超級電容的充放電特性,并對充電效率進行了分析。同時在比較現(xiàn)有超級電容連接方式的基礎(chǔ)上,對超級電容的參數(shù)進行了匹配,并分析了超級電容配置的經(jīng)濟性。 根據(jù)系統(tǒng)要求,比較了DC/DC變換器不同拓撲的特點,確定雙向Buck-Boost電路作為主電路結(jié)構(gòu)。對DC/DC變換器系統(tǒng)進行了軟硬件設計,為了驗證設計的正確性,進行了相關(guān)的實驗研究。 對混合動力系統(tǒng)能量的存儲和利用進行了詳細分析,從而得出系統(tǒng)的控制要求。為減小起升機構(gòu)頻繁加減速對柴油發(fā)電機組造成的沖擊,制定了雙向DC/DC變換器的控制策略,并進行了仿真驗證,仿真結(jié)果表明,所提出的控制策略是可行的。
[Abstract]:Tire container gantry crane has the characteristics of flexible operation and transferable operation. It has always been the professional equipment of large container terminals in the world, and its investment cost is low and can be purchased in batches, so the utilization rate in container terminals is very high and very popular. However, with the increasing awareness of energy saving and environmental protection in recent years, the use of tire container gantry cranes has been restricted to a certain extent. Diesel generator is used in the power supply of traditional tire container gantry crane. In the operation of the generator, there have always been the problems of low energy conversion efficiency, high energy consumption and cost. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional container gantry crane, the energy storage device is added to the crane electromechanical drive system, and a hybrid power system based on supercapacitor is designed. The supercapacitor is used to store the energy of the motor when braking and generating electricity, and some of the energy consumed on the braking resistance is stored and reused, so as to reduce the energy consumption. In this paper, the energy transfer and energy loss in the working process of traditional container gantry crane are analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the scheme of energy saving transformation of container gantry crane is put forward, and the whole hybrid power system model is established for simulation analysis. Combined with the characteristics of supercapacitors, the charge and discharge characteristics of supercapacitors are studied, and the charging efficiency is analyzed. At the same time, on the basis of comparing the existing supercapacitor connection methods, the parameters of supercapacitor are matched, and the economy of supercapacitor configuration is analyzed. According to the requirements of the system, the characteristics of different topologies of DC/DC converter are compared, and the bidirectional Buck-Boost circuit is determined as the main circuit structure. The hardware and software of DC/DC converter system are designed. In order to verify the correctness of the design, the related experimental research is carried out. The energy storage and utilization of hybrid power system are analyzed in detail, and the control requirements of the system are obtained. In order to reduce the impact of frequent acceleration and deceleration of lifting mechanism on diesel generator set, the control strategy of bidirectional DC/DC converter is worked out and verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy is feasible.
