裝載機工作裝置現(xiàn)代設(shè)計方法研究

【摘要】:裝載機作為一種廣泛使用的工程車輛,其工作裝置的設(shè)計是企業(yè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中最重要的內(nèi)容。經(jīng)過了近30年的發(fā)展,將現(xiàn)代設(shè)計方法應(yīng)用于裝載機的研究和實踐已經(jīng)取得了重大進步,主要表現(xiàn)在計算機輔助設(shè)計、計算機輔助分析與仿真、優(yōu)化設(shè)計、有限元分析等,并研發(fā)了一些專業(yè)軟件,主要是在裝載機計算機輔助設(shè)計和優(yōu)化設(shè)計方面。隨著用戶對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和性能要求的提高,在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計研發(fā)中企業(yè)對現(xiàn)代設(shè)計方法有進一步需求,為了填補這部分空白,本文主要進行了三個方面的工作:裝載機工作裝置設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)庫管理程序研發(fā),裝載機工作裝置三維參數(shù)化自動建模,裝載機工作裝置動力學仿真。 根據(jù)裝載機工作裝置的計算機輔助設(shè)計過程中產(chǎn)生的大量數(shù)據(jù),以及設(shè)計進程的規(guī)劃與需求,本文在Visual Foxpro平臺下研發(fā)了面向設(shè)計及其進程的裝載機工作裝置數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)。數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)包含管理模塊、查詢模塊、文件管理模塊和幫助模塊。提出裝載機工作裝置設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)的分類方法,設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu),實現(xiàn)對復雜數(shù)據(jù)的快速提取。并采用直觀的樹形圖顯示參數(shù)信息,方便設(shè)計者完成查詢操作,數(shù)據(jù)的同列與匯總,提升產(chǎn)品設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)的工作效率。 另在Pro/E平臺下,實現(xiàn)對裝載機工作裝置的自頂向下三維模型建模。該方法運用骨架模型建立統(tǒng)一的參照體系,通過幾何復制和發(fā)布為實體模型提供參照的重用,提升零件的獨立性,避免由于刪除或修改導致裝配體再生失敗,增強三維模型的穩(wěn)定性。通過布局實現(xiàn)對關(guān)鍵參數(shù)列表的驅(qū)動,并在骨架模型中定義參數(shù)關(guān)系,使零件設(shè)計能夠與上層設(shè)計意圖保持一致。然后,利用VB作為開發(fā)工具,借助Automation Gateway插件的函數(shù)庫對Pro/E三維模型進行二次開發(fā)。完成后的程序可實現(xiàn)裝載機工作裝置的總體布局設(shè)計和零件設(shè)計,在二次開發(fā)界面中對關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進行一次變更可以實現(xiàn)對多個零件的修改,進而實現(xiàn)對裝配體的參數(shù)化設(shè)計,,避免反復打開零件模型,提高整體設(shè)計效率。最后,運用ADAMS軟件對裝載機工作裝置卸料工況下的動臂油缸載荷進行仿真分析,結(jié)果表明ZL50型裝載機的動臂油缸缸徑設(shè)計能夠滿足要求,不會產(chǎn)生回縮現(xiàn)象。 經(jīng)試用表明,上述研發(fā)程序可以較好滿足設(shè)計師在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中對正在設(shè)計機型和大量參照機型進行數(shù)據(jù)處理的功能要求,只需通過改變部分參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)就可以實現(xiàn)快速三維建模,展示運動性能及可能的機構(gòu)干涉,并可快速轉(zhuǎn)化為有限元模型。
[Abstract]:As a widely used engineering vehicle, the design of its working device is the most important content in the product development of enterprises. After nearly 30 years of development, great progress has been made in the application of modern design methods to the research and practice of loaders, mainly in computer aided design, computer aided analysis and simulation, optimization design, finite element analysis, etc., and some professional software has been developed, mainly in the aspects of computer aided design and optimization design of loaders. With the improvement of product quality and performance requirements, enterprises have further demand for modern design methods in product design and research and development. In order to fill this part of the gap, this paper mainly carries out three aspects of work: research and development of database management program for loader working device design, 3D parametric automatic modeling of loader working device, and dynamic simulation of loader working device. According to a large number of data generated in the process of computer aided design of loader working device, as well as the planning and requirement of design process, a database system of loader working device oriented to design and its process is developed on Visual Foxpro platform. The database system includes management module, query module, file management module and help module. The classification method of design data of loader working device is put forward, the overall structure of database system is designed, and the rapid extraction of complex data is realized. The intuitionistic tree chart is used to display the parameter information, which is convenient for the designer to complete the query operation, the same column and summary of the data, and improve the work efficiency of the product design link. In addition, the top-down 3D model of loader working device is realized on Pro/E platform. In this method, the skeleton model is used to establish a unified reference system, which provides reference reuse for the solid model through geometric replication and publishing, improves the independence of the parts, avoids the failure of assembly regeneration due to deletion or modification, and enhances the stability of the three-dimensional model. The drive of the key parameter list is realized by layout, and the parameter relationship is defined in the skeleton model, so that the design of the part can be consistent with the design intention of the upper layer. Then, using VB as the development tool, the Pro/E 3D model is secondary developed with the help of the function library of Automation Gateway plug-in. The completed program can realize the overall layout design and part design of the loader working device, and the modification of multiple parts can be realized by changing the key parameters in the secondary development interface, so as to realize the parametric design of the assembly, avoid repeatedly opening the part model and improve the overall design efficiency. Finally, the load of the moving arm cylinder under the unloading condition of the working device of the loader is simulated and analyzed by using ADAMS software. The results show that the cylinder diameter design of the moving arm of the ZL50 loader can meet the requirements and will not produce the phenomenon of shrinkage. The trial results show that the above R & D program can meet the functional requirements of designers for data processing of the model under design and a large number of reference models in product design. Only by changing some parameter data can the rapid 3D modeling be realized, the motion performance and possible mechanism interference can be displayed, and can be quickly transformed into finite element model.
