DW100高速電機零件三維參數(shù)化設(shè)計系統(tǒng)開發(fā)
[Abstract]:Modern high speed motor is characterized by high speed, high transmission efficiency and fast dynamic response. It is mainly used in aerospace, high speed centrifuge, fast refrigeration, high pressure pump and fan, precision machine tool and many high speed rotating machinery. The development of rapid design and manufacturing ability of new products is an important issue that enterprises need to solve at present, and its function is to ensure the benign accumulation and effective reuse of enterprise products and their design knowledge. At present, the serialization, modularization and parametric design technology of mechanical and electrical products has been basically mature and widely used, so it is imperative to adopt three-dimensional parametric design method for high-speed motor parts. In this paper, using 3D parametric design method, combined with the actual needs of enterprises, based on CAXA 3D solid modeling software system, aiming at all parts of DW100 high speed motor, the "3D Parametric Design system of DW100 High Speed Motor parts" is developed. The system uses VB programming and CAXA 3D solid design system to connect with each other, supplemented by Excel tools. The functions of parametric generation, size drive and data protection of each single part of DW100 high speed motor are realized. Compared with the low efficiency, long design cycle and poor intuitiveness of product design, the system significantly improves the design efficiency of high speed motor parts and reduces the design cost. The successful development of DW100 high-speed motor 3D parametric design system is of great significance to the design, manufacture and product display of high-speed motor. It is of great significance for the product innovation, rapid design and manufacturing ability of motor enterprises.
