【摘要】：在MATLAB/Simulink和ADAMS兩種軟件中,對四連桿機構(gòu)進行運動仿真,并對結(jié)果加以分析。首先用傳統(tǒng)方法對四連桿機構(gòu)進行數(shù)學(xué)分析建模,得到運動學(xué)微分方程,并在Simulink中建立相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,進行運動學(xué)仿真,得到相關(guān)桿件的運動特性曲線;然后通過虛擬樣機軟件ADAMS建立同一四連桿機構(gòu)仿真模型,并設(shè)置相關(guān)參數(shù),進而仿真得到機構(gòu)中相關(guān)桿件的運動學(xué)時間響應(yīng)曲線;最后對比不同軟件的仿真結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)吻合情況較好,從而驗證了ADAMS運動學(xué)仿真的可靠性與方便性。
[Abstract]:In MATLAB/Simulink and ADAMS, the motion simulation of four-bar mechanism is carried out, and the results are analyzed. Firstly, the mathematical analysis and modeling of the four-bar mechanism is carried out by using the traditional method, and the kinematic differential equation is obtained, and the corresponding mathematical model is established in Simulink, the kinematic simulation is carried out, and the kinematic characteristic curve of the related bar is obtained. Then the simulation model of the same four-bar mechanism is established by virtual prototype software ADAMS, and the related parameters are set up, and then the kinematic time response curve of the related bar in the mechanism is obtained. Finally, the simulation results of different software are compared, and it is found that the results are in good agreement, which verifies the reliability and convenience of ADAMS kinematic simulation.
