【摘要】：根據(jù)金屬固廢資源處理工藝要求,提出預(yù)碎機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的必要性。通過(guò)對(duì)預(yù)碎原理分析、傳動(dòng)路線設(shè)計(jì)、動(dòng)力選擇、關(guān)鍵部件耙齒受力分析與布局設(shè)計(jì)分析,設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)碎機(jī)的三維模型總圖,分析了設(shè)計(jì)注意要點(diǎn),對(duì)預(yù)碎機(jī)進(jìn)行了樣機(jī)制造與預(yù)碎試驗(yàn),達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of metal solid waste resource treatment process, the necessity of precrusher design is put forward. Through the analysis of pre-crushing principle, transmission route design, power selection, force analysis and layout design analysis of rake teeth of key components, the general diagram of three-dimensional model of precrusher is designed, and the key points of design attention are analyzed. The prototype manufacture and pre-crushing test of the precrusher have been carried out, and the expected results have been achieved.
