裝載機(jī)典型工作循環(huán)多功率匹配研究

【摘要】:降低能耗是裝載機(jī)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)之一,各生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家在裝載機(jī)發(fā)展的不同階段都作了大量的研究工作降低能耗、提高工作效率。在使用機(jī)械調(diào)速發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)階段,主要通過(guò)優(yōu)化變矩器與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)配置、提高變矩器高效區(qū)的寬度、降低發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速等一系列方法降低裝載機(jī)在使用過(guò)程中的能源消耗,隨著電控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在裝載機(jī)上應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,基于電控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)可以提供多條獨(dú)立的外特性曲線(xiàn)的特性,為裝載機(jī)工程技術(shù)人員提供一種全新的降低能耗的方式,即在重載工況下選擇大功率,在輕載工況下選擇小功率,從而有效地降低能耗。目前國(guó)外的裝載機(jī)已經(jīng)應(yīng)用了該技術(shù),在駕駛室內(nèi)設(shè)有功率選擇開(kāi)關(guān),駕駛員可以根據(jù)不同工況選擇不同的功率進(jìn)行作業(yè)。 本課題重點(diǎn)研究在裝載機(jī)典型工作循環(huán)中不同階段對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率的需求,從整機(jī)性能的角度評(píng)價(jià)綜合評(píng)價(jià)全功率部分油門(mén)和部分功率全油門(mén)兩種不同工作模式,并給出合理的部分功率全油工作模式時(shí)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率和具體應(yīng)用時(shí)的解決方法。通過(guò)理論計(jì)算,確定典型工作循環(huán)不同階段需求的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率;使用通用數(shù)學(xué)工具建立變矩器與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)共同工作時(shí)的數(shù)學(xué)模型;重點(diǎn)研究了全功率部分油門(mén)和部分功率全油門(mén)時(shí),變矩器與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)匹配的狀況;以某品牌5噸裝載機(jī)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),從整機(jī)性能的角度評(píng)價(jià)了全功率部分油門(mén)和部分油門(mén)全功率對(duì)加速時(shí)間、加速距離和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響;隨著電控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在裝載機(jī)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的越來(lái)越廣泛,多功率匹配會(huì)越來(lái)越受到 重視,,本課題的研究具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Reducing energy consumption is one of the inevitable trends in the development of loaders. Various manufacturers have done a lot of research work to reduce energy consumption and improve work efficiency in different stages of loader development. In the stage of using mechanical speed regulating engine, a series of methods, such as optimizing torque converter and engine configuration, improving the width of high efficiency area of torque converter and reducing engine speed, are used to reduce the energy consumption of loader. With the application of electronic control engine in loader more and more widely, based on the characteristic that electronic control engine can provide multiple independent external characteristic curves, it provides a new way to reduce energy consumption for loader engineers and technicians. That is, select high power under heavy load condition and low power under light load condition, so as to effectively reduce energy consumption. At present, this technology has been applied in foreign loaders. there are power selection switches in the cab, and the driver can choose different power according to different working conditions. In this paper, the demand for engine power in different stages of typical working cycle of loader is studied, and two different working modes of full power partial throttle and partial power full throttle are evaluated from the point of view of the performance of the whole machine. The engine power in the reasonable partial power full oil mode and the solution in application are given. Through theoretical calculation, the engine power required at different stages of the typical working cycle is determined, and the mathematical model of torque converter and engine working together is established by using general mathematical tools. The matching between torque converter and engine is studied when the full power partial throttle and partial power full throttle are used. Based on the relevant data of a brand 5 ton loader, the effects of full power partial throttle and partial throttle full power on acceleration time, acceleration distance and fuel economy are evaluated from the point of view of the performance of the whole machine. With the more and more extensive application of electronic control engine in the field of loaders, multi-power matching will be paid more and more attention, and the research of this subject has certain practical significance.
