基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的起重機(jī)械安全評(píng)價(jià)方法研究

【摘要】:本課題通過(guò)對(duì)影響起重機(jī)械安全運(yùn)行的危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析,基于本質(zhì)安全理論和相關(guān)分析方法,建立了針對(duì)起重機(jī)械的本質(zhì)安全評(píng)價(jià)模型;運(yùn)用信息熵和模糊數(shù)學(xué)等理論,研究了基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的起重機(jī)械的安全評(píng)價(jià)方法;基于上述研究,建立了基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的起重機(jī)械的在線安全評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)。 本文所做的主要工作具體包括: (1)通過(guò)總結(jié)起重機(jī)械的危險(xiǎn)源因子,從起重機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、制造、安裝、改造、使用和管理等入手,分析常用安全評(píng)價(jià)或預(yù)測(cè)方法的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,基于“人-機(jī)-環(huán)境”的安全評(píng)價(jià)思想,將影響起重機(jī)械的危險(xiǎn)源分成設(shè)備本體方面危險(xiǎn)源、組織保障方面危險(xiǎn)源、本質(zhì)安全文化方面危險(xiǎn)源以及應(yīng)急故障處理方面的危險(xiǎn)源,研究設(shè)計(jì)了一套完善全面的起重機(jī)械安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 (2)針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的起重機(jī)械安全評(píng)價(jià)方法中過(guò)分依賴專家經(jīng)驗(yàn)、中間參數(shù)和最終結(jié)果存在諸多主觀因素的缺點(diǎn),本研究采用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)起重機(jī)械安全評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行模擬仿真,選用概率神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、徑向基神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、LM-BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)三種在模式識(shí)別領(lǐng)域較為成熟的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為研究模型,以求減少評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中主觀人為因素對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的影響,增強(qiáng)安全評(píng)價(jià)的準(zhǔn)確度和可信性,研究出適合起重機(jī)械本質(zhì)安全評(píng)價(jià)的基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的安全評(píng)價(jià)方法。 (3)根據(jù)本研究建立的起重機(jī)械安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)方法,采用UML語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析設(shè)計(jì),以Visual Studio2010為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),以C#為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,SQL Server2005為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套具有安全評(píng)價(jià)和設(shè)備信息管理功能的起重機(jī)安全評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)。 (4)整個(gè)研究過(guò)程中,采用信息熵理論和模糊數(shù)學(xué),對(duì)研究中遇到的數(shù)據(jù)不確定性進(jìn)行修正,降低臟數(shù)據(jù)和噪音,增強(qiáng)了研究工作的可靠性和評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確程度。
