基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的起重機(jī)械安全評價方法研究

【摘要】:本課題通過對影響起重機(jī)械安全運行的危險源進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析,基于本質(zhì)安全理論和相關(guān)分析方法,建立了針對起重機(jī)械的本質(zhì)安全評價模型;運用信息熵和模糊數(shù)學(xué)等理論,研究了基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的起重機(jī)械的安全評價方法;基于上述研究,建立了基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的起重機(jī)械的在線安全評價系統(tǒng)。 本文所做的主要工作具體包括: (1)通過總結(jié)起重機(jī)械的危險源因子,從起重機(jī)械設(shè)計、制造、安裝、改造、使用和管理等入手,分析常用安全評價或預(yù)測方法的優(yōu)勢和不足,基于“人-機(jī)-環(huán)境”的安全評價思想,將影響起重機(jī)械的危險源分成設(shè)備本體方面危險源、組織保障方面危險源、本質(zhì)安全文化方面危險源以及應(yīng)急故障處理方面的危險源,研究設(shè)計了一套完善全面的起重機(jī)械安全評價指標(biāo)體系。 (2)針對傳統(tǒng)的起重機(jī)械安全評價方法中過分依賴專家經(jīng)驗、中間參數(shù)和最終結(jié)果存在諸多主觀因素的缺點,本研究采用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對起重機(jī)械安全評價進(jìn)行模擬仿真,選用概率神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、徑向基神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、LM-BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)三種在模式識別領(lǐng)域較為成熟的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為研究模型,以求減少評價過程中主觀人為因素對評價結(jié)果的影響,增強(qiáng)安全評價的準(zhǔn)確度和可信性,研究出適合起重機(jī)械本質(zhì)安全評價的基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的安全評價方法。 (3)根據(jù)本研究建立的起重機(jī)械安全評價指標(biāo)體系和評價方法,采用UML語言進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析設(shè)計,以Visual Studio2010為開發(fā)平臺,以C#為開發(fā)語言,SQL Server2005為數(shù)據(jù)庫,設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了一套具有安全評價和設(shè)備信息管理功能的起重機(jī)安全評價系統(tǒng)。 (4)整個研究過程中,采用信息熵理論和模糊數(shù)學(xué),對研究中遇到的數(shù)據(jù)不確定性進(jìn)行修正,降低臟數(shù)據(jù)和噪音,增強(qiáng)了研究工作的可靠性和評價結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確程度。
