缸間齒輪聯(lián)動(dòng)液壓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)柱塞泵運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的往復(fù)柱塞泵普遍存在結(jié)構(gòu)松散、節(jié)流損失大、效率低、受工作頻率影響大等問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)新性地提出了缸間齒輪聯(lián)動(dòng)液壓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)柱塞泵的結(jié)構(gòu)原理,并論述了缸間齒輪聯(lián)動(dòng)液壓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的工作原理。缸間齒輪聯(lián)動(dòng)液壓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)柱塞泵是一種將指示功直接轉(zhuǎn)化為流體壓力能的直線(xiàn)往復(fù)柱塞泵,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、容積效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。缸間齒輪聯(lián)動(dòng)液壓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)柱塞泵的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)研究為后續(xù)的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析、流量壓力分析、凸輪槽線(xiàn)優(yōu)化和樣機(jī)試制提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the traditional reciprocating plunger pump, such as loose structure, large throttling loss, low efficiency and great influence by working frequency, the structural principle of piston pump for intercylinder gear linkage hydraulic engine is put forward innovatively. The working principle of intercylinder gear linkage hydraulic engine is also discussed. The piston pump of intercylinder gear linkage hydraulic engine is a kind of linear reciprocating plunger pump which converts the indicated work directly into fluid pressure energy. It has the advantages of compact structure and high volume efficiency. The kinematic research of piston pump of intercylinder gear linkage hydraulic engine provides a reference for subsequent dynamic analysis, flow pressure analysis, cam slot line optimization and prototype trial production.
