MCO空壓機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:MCO air compressor is a supercharging device that controls the process gas pressure at the outlet of compressor through its own compression grade. MCO air compressor has been widely used in air separation and metallurgy. Chemical industry, electricity, medicine and food and other industrial sectors. Its structure is becoming more and more complex, and its high efficiency load, safety and long-term operation are directly related to the economic benefits of the enterprise. This subject comes from Anhui Jinneng Chemical Co., Ltd. 200000 tons / year synthetic ammonia raw material route adjustment and transformation project MCO air compressor unit. The compressor of the synthetic ammonia raw material route adjustment and transformation project is MCO1004 3BCL407 compressor produced by Shenyang Blower Group Co., Ltd., and the steam turbine is NKS40/56 steam turbine produced by Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. The research contents of this subject mainly include the following aspects: (1) the structure of guide vane regulator of MCO air compressor unit and the present situation of actuator of guide vane regulator of air compressor unit in foreign countries are analyzed, and the tension of MCO actuator is expounded. The thrust calculation process and selection requirements are determined, and the automatic control process of guide vane actuator is determined. (2) the monitoring and protection of bearing vibration and displacement of MCO air compressor unit are analyzed, and the monitoring and protection system design of the unit is completed by frequency doubling. (3) the characteristics of the inlet medium temperature of MCO air compressor unit with four seasons are analyzed, and the anti-surge control scheme suitable for air compressor unit is developed. (4) according to the technological process characteristics of MCO air compressor unit, the technological process design of MCO air compressor unit is completed. (5) the working principle of TS3000 is analyzed, the importance, necessity and reliability of the control system are expounded, and the control system design of MCO air compressor unit is completed. This paper expounds the characteristics of air compressor unit, the basis of instrument selection and optimal control, which provides a reference for further study of the control system of MCO air compressor unit.
