壓力容器用不銹鋼復(fù)合板焊接性能研究
[Abstract]:Stainless steel composite steel plate has many properties, such as high strength, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, long life and so on. It is widely used to replace Austenite stainless steel in petrochemical and other fields, especially in the manufacture of pressure vessels. However, there is a phenomenon of uneven thickness of composite layer in stainless steel composite steel plate. When machining groove peeling composite layer, it is easy to produce the phenomenon that composite layer peeling is not clean. When welding base, stainless steel residual on base layer will be melted. Resulting in the increase of alloy elements in the weld, the weld becomes hard and brittle, easy to crack. Therefore, the study of welding performance of stainless steel composite steel plate has certain engineering application value. In this paper, the development of welding technology and technology of composite steel plate at home and abroad is reviewed, and the effects of different alloy elements and microstructure on the welding properties and service properties of composite steel plate are analyzed and summarized. Based on the theoretical analysis of the welding characteristics of stainless steel composite steel plates and the results of field tests, some welding processes suitable for common stainless steel composite steel plates are put forward. The results show that when stabilizing elements are added to stainless steel, carbides can be formed first from chromium, so as to ensure the corrosion resistance of welded joints. When welding the transition layer of stainless steel composite plate, the welding material with high content of chromium and nickel should be used to improve the crack resistance and ensure the welding quality.
