3D打印技術在大學生機械創(chuàng)新設計大賽中的應用

【摘要】:與傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)相比,3D打印技術具有快速成型、生產率高、成本低的優(yōu)勢。將3D打印應用于全國大學生機械創(chuàng)新設計大賽中,不但能提高制作作品的效率,降低機械工具帶來的傷害,減少成本,使結構復雜的作品變得簡單化,而且能拓展學生思維,提升學生對制圖軟件的學習效果,提高大學生科技創(chuàng)新能力;诖,闡述全國大學生機械創(chuàng)新設計大賽與3D打印技術的概念,探究3D打印技術在大賽中的應用現狀及優(yōu)勢,分析3D打印技術給大賽帶來的挑戰(zhàn)及思考。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional industry, 3D printing technology has the advantages of rapid prototyping, high productivity and low cost. The application of 3D printing in the National College students' Mechanical Innovation Design Competition can not only improve the efficiency of making works, reduce the harm caused by mechanical tools, reduce the cost, simplify the complex works, but also expand the students' thinking. Improve the learning effect of drawing software and improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of college students. Based on this, this paper expounds the concepts of national college students' mechanical innovation design competition and 3D printing technology, probes into the application status and advantages of 3D printing technology in the competition, and analyzes the challenges and thoughts brought by 3D printing technology to the competition.
