兩級(jí)噴油螺桿壓縮機(jī)型線設(shè)計(jì)與加工技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Screw compressor is widely used in mining, metallurgy, power, construction, machinery, refrigeration, chemical industry and other industrial sectors. Because of its low noise and vibration, high reliability, easy operation and maintenance, good dynamic balance, strong adaptability and other characteristics, the screw compressor is widely used in mining, metallurgy, power, construction, machinery, refrigeration and chemical industry. In a wide range of capacity, displacement and operating conditions, gradually replaced a large number of other types of compressors. Therefore, the market space of screw compressor is very broad. However, the development of screw compressor in our country is still in the imitation stage, the products produced are often not able to achieve the ideal use effect, the exhaust pressure is low, the power loss is large, the motion is not smooth, the noise is big, and the wear is fast. Short life and other problems, compared with the same kind of foreign products, there is a big gap. And the screw compressor produced in our country usually only involves the medium and low pressure type, the research about high pressure or multi-stage compression screw compressor is very rare. These have greatly restricted the development of related industrial industries. Therefore, it is of great significance for the design and theoretical research of two-stage injection screw compressor. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the working principle and structure characteristics of screw compressor are analyzed, and the design principle and method of its profile are studied. The screw spiral surface equation is derived. The 3D solid modeling is carried out by using 3D CAD software Pro/E, and the virtual assembly and motion interference analysis are carried out to verify the correctness of the design. Using the meshing principle and differential geometry, the geometric characteristics of the rotor of twin screw compressor are studied. The main parameters are selected and calculated according to the working conditions and working conditions. The exhaust volume of the compressor and the fuel injection required for cooling are calculated, and the structure of the suction and exhaust orifice is designed. The driving mode of the whole machine and the regulation of exhaust volume are analyzed. 3 based on the theory of space meshing and tool profile design, the machining tool design of screw rotor, the key component of screw compressor, is deeply studied. The machining tool and machining method of screw rotor are designed based on the study of tooth profile.
