兩級(jí)噴油螺桿壓縮機(jī)型線設(shè)計(jì)與加工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:螺桿壓縮機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山、冶金、動(dòng)力、建筑、機(jī)械、制冷、化工等工業(yè)部門(mén),由于具有噪聲和振動(dòng)低、可靠性高、操作維護(hù)方便、動(dòng)力平衡好、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),在寬廣的容量、排壓和工況范圍內(nèi),漸漸大量地替代了其它種類(lèi)的壓縮機(jī)。因此,螺桿壓縮機(jī)的市場(chǎng)空間非常廣闊。然而我國(guó)對(duì)螺桿壓縮機(jī)的研制主要還處于仿制的階段,生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品往往不能夠達(dá)到理想的使用效果,常會(huì)出現(xiàn)排氣壓力低、功率損耗大、運(yùn)動(dòng)不平穩(wěn)、噪聲大、磨損快、壽命短等問(wèn)題,與國(guó)外同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品相比存在較大差距。并且我國(guó)生產(chǎn)的螺桿壓縮機(jī)往往只涉及中低壓機(jī)型,有關(guān)高壓或多級(jí)壓縮的螺桿壓縮機(jī)的研究非常少見(jiàn)。這些都大大地限制了相關(guān)工業(yè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)兩級(jí)噴油螺桿壓縮機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)及理論研究具有重要意義。 本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: ①分析了螺桿壓縮機(jī)的工作原理及其結(jié)構(gòu)特征,,研究了其型線設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法,設(shè)計(jì)出兩級(jí)的陰、陽(yáng)螺桿的端面齒形曲線,推導(dǎo)了螺桿螺旋面方程,采用三維CAD軟件Pro/E進(jìn)行三維實(shí)體建模,并進(jìn)行虛擬裝配和運(yùn)動(dòng)干涉分析,驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)的正確性。 ②運(yùn)用嚙合原理及微分幾何,研究雙螺桿壓縮機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的幾何特性。根據(jù)工作條件及工作情況對(duì)主要相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了選擇以及設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,計(jì)算了壓縮機(jī)的排氣量以及冷卻所需的噴油量,并對(duì)吸、排氣孔口結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)整機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)方式及排氣量的調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)行了分析。 ③結(jié)合空間嚙合理論及刀具廓形設(shè)計(jì)等理論,對(duì)螺桿壓縮機(jī)關(guān)鍵部件——螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子的加工刀具設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了深入研究,在研究齒廓型線的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子的加工刀具及加工方法。
[Abstract]:Screw compressor is widely used in mining, metallurgy, power, construction, machinery, refrigeration, chemical industry and other industrial sectors. Because of its low noise and vibration, high reliability, easy operation and maintenance, good dynamic balance, strong adaptability and other characteristics, the screw compressor is widely used in mining, metallurgy, power, construction, machinery, refrigeration and chemical industry. In a wide range of capacity, displacement and operating conditions, gradually replaced a large number of other types of compressors. Therefore, the market space of screw compressor is very broad. However, the development of screw compressor in our country is still in the imitation stage, the products produced are often not able to achieve the ideal use effect, the exhaust pressure is low, the power loss is large, the motion is not smooth, the noise is big, and the wear is fast. Short life and other problems, compared with the same kind of foreign products, there is a big gap. And the screw compressor produced in our country usually only involves the medium and low pressure type, the research about high pressure or multi-stage compression screw compressor is very rare. These have greatly restricted the development of related industrial industries. Therefore, it is of great significance for the design and theoretical research of two-stage injection screw compressor. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the working principle and structure characteristics of screw compressor are analyzed, and the design principle and method of its profile are studied. The screw spiral surface equation is derived. The 3D solid modeling is carried out by using 3D CAD software Pro/E, and the virtual assembly and motion interference analysis are carried out to verify the correctness of the design. Using the meshing principle and differential geometry, the geometric characteristics of the rotor of twin screw compressor are studied. The main parameters are selected and calculated according to the working conditions and working conditions. The exhaust volume of the compressor and the fuel injection required for cooling are calculated, and the structure of the suction and exhaust orifice is designed. The driving mode of the whole machine and the regulation of exhaust volume are analyzed. 3 based on the theory of space meshing and tool profile design, the machining tool design of screw rotor, the key component of screw compressor, is deeply studied. The machining tool and machining method of screw rotor are designed based on the study of tooth profile.
