汽車起重機(jī)變幅系統(tǒng)的可靠性分析及安全評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的驅(qū)動(dòng),起重機(jī)等機(jī)械裝備系統(tǒng)的性能和科技含量不斷提高。但在高速發(fā)展的背后隱含許多安全問題,導(dǎo)致事故發(fā)生頻繁,隱患不易發(fā)現(xiàn),使得起重機(jī)械的可靠性和安全性相對(duì)于其他機(jī)械裝備尤為突出,因此非常必要對(duì)起重設(shè)備的可靠性和安全性進(jìn)行合理、全面、真實(shí)的分析和評(píng)價(jià),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)事故隱患,并采取相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和措施消除事故。 以起重機(jī)對(duì)變幅系統(tǒng)為對(duì)象開展可靠性理論分析研究。首先利用貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立可靠性分析模型,然后利用模糊集理論和專家評(píng)價(jià)法計(jì)算葉節(jié)點(diǎn)的概率,最后通過MSBNX(Microsoft Bayesian Network)工具箱對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了根節(jié)點(diǎn)發(fā)生概率的計(jì)算和診斷推理,找出系統(tǒng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)并給出改進(jìn)措施。 在可靠性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,,對(duì)變幅系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行安全方法評(píng)價(jià)研究。首先利用故障模式與影響分析法,并結(jié)合模糊集理論與層次分析法,建立起重機(jī)變幅系統(tǒng)安全評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)其安全性進(jìn)行定性和定量的評(píng)價(jià),最后給出整個(gè)系統(tǒng)安全等級(jí)及安全評(píng)分,根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出的整改措施可有效地減少事故的發(fā)生。 將上述安全評(píng)價(jià)的過程,依據(jù)Visual C++為開發(fā)平臺(tái),結(jié)合Access強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)庫存儲(chǔ)能力,開發(fā)出《起重機(jī)變幅系統(tǒng)安全評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)》。通過工程實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,發(fā)現(xiàn)其評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際分析結(jié)果基本一致,能夠全面快捷的反映系統(tǒng)的安全性。為起重機(jī)變幅系統(tǒng)安全評(píng)價(jià)提出了一個(gè)切實(shí)可行的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法和手段。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the drive of market competition, the performance and technology content of mechanical equipment systems such as cranes have been improved. But there are many safety problems hidden behind the high-speed development, which lead to frequent accidents, hidden dangers are not easy to find, which makes the reliability and safety of lifting machinery more prominent than other mechanical equipment. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze and evaluate the reliability and safety of lifting equipment in a reasonable, comprehensive and real way, to find out the hidden trouble in time, and to take the corresponding countermeasures and measures to eliminate the accident. The reliability theory of crane for amplitude-changing system is studied in this paper. Firstly, Bayesian network is used to establish reliability analysis model, then fuzzy set theory and expert evaluation method are used to calculate the probability of leaf node. Finally, the root node occurrence probability of the model is calculated and diagnosed by MSBNX (Microsoft Bayesian Network) toolbox, and the weak links of the system are found out, and the improvement measures are given. On the basis of reliability analysis, the safety method evaluation of amplitude-varying system is studied. Firstly, using fault mode and influence analysis method, combining fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the safety evaluation model of crane amplitude-changing system is established, and the safety of crane is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, the safety grade and safety score of the whole system are given. The corrective measures based on the evaluation results can effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents. According to the development platform of Visual C and the powerful database storage ability of Access, the safety evaluation system of crane amplitude-changing system is developed according to the above-mentioned process of safety assessment. Through the verification of engineering examples, it is found that the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual results of field analysis, and can reflect the security of the system in an all-round and rapid manner. This paper puts forward a feasible comprehensive evaluation method and means for the safety evaluation of crane amplitude changing system.
