平面放縮機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)與仿真

【摘要】:平面放縮機(jī)構(gòu)能夠?qū)σ粋(gè)由若干剪式基本單元如直桿剪式單元,三角板剪式單元構(gòu)成的機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行放大和縮小。放縮機(jī)構(gòu)在很多領(lǐng)域都有著較廣的應(yīng)用前景,它的研究和應(yīng)用越來(lái)越引起人們的關(guān)注。 本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)構(gòu)成平面放縮機(jī)構(gòu)的兩種基本單元直桿剪式單元、三角板剪式單元的分析,詳細(xì)闡述了剪式放縮機(jī)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造原理,分別介紹了直桿放縮機(jī)構(gòu)和三角板放縮機(jī)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造方法,并指出了構(gòu)造放縮機(jī)構(gòu)時(shí)需要滿足的條件。 其次在平面放縮機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)原理的基礎(chǔ)上,從應(yīng)用的角度出發(fā)編寫(xiě)了平面圖形放縮機(jī)構(gòu)的仿真軟件,此軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)能實(shí)現(xiàn)直桿放縮機(jī)構(gòu)和三角板放縮機(jī)構(gòu)的自動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。直桿放縮機(jī)構(gòu)仿真軟件用直線段表示機(jī)構(gòu)桿件,它的圖形分析模塊可以對(duì)圖形是否滿足對(duì)應(yīng)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)條件自動(dòng)進(jìn)行判斷,運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真模塊能實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)構(gòu)的自動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)并可以仿真機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng),所設(shè)計(jì)出的機(jī)構(gòu)示意圖同時(shí)將機(jī)構(gòu)的不同層次表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。對(duì)于一些比較復(fù)雜的圖形,這種自動(dòng)判斷功能以及仿真功能提高了機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的效率和可靠性,縮短了制作周期。三角板放縮機(jī)構(gòu)仿真軟件可以實(shí)現(xiàn)由三角形剪式單元構(gòu)成的環(huán)形放縮機(jī)構(gòu)和蝶形放縮機(jī)構(gòu)的自動(dòng)仿真。本文詳細(xì)介紹了軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)的各個(gè)模塊以及相關(guān)算法。 最后論證了直桿剪式單元和三角板剪式單元結(jié)合構(gòu)成放縮機(jī)構(gòu)所要滿足的必要條件。
[Abstract]:The planar scaling mechanism can magnify and shrink a mechanism consisting of a number of shear basic elements such as straight bar shear element and triangular plate shear type element. Zoom mechanism has a wide application prospect in many fields, and its research and application has attracted more and more attention. In this paper, the construction principle of the shear mechanism is described in detail through the analysis of two kinds of basic units, straight bar shear element and triangular plate shear type unit, which constitute the planar scaling mechanism. This paper introduces the construction methods of the straight rod mechanism and the triangular plate mechanism respectively, and points out the conditions to be satisfied in the construction of the mechanism. Secondly, on the basis of the design principle of the planar scaling mechanism, the simulation software of the planar graphic zoom mechanism is compiled from the angle of application. The software can realize the automatic design of the vertical rod scaling mechanism and the trigonometric plate scaling mechanism. The simulation software of straight rod scaling mechanism uses straight segment to represent the mechanism member. Its graphic analysis module can automatically judge whether the graph satisfies the design condition of corresponding mechanism. The motion simulation module can realize the automatic design of the mechanism and can simulate the movement of the mechanism. The schematic diagram of the mechanism can show the different levels of the mechanism at the same time. For some complicated graphics, this automatic judgment function and simulation function can improve the efficiency and reliability of mechanism design and shorten the manufacturing cycle. The simulation software of triangular plate scaling mechanism can realize the automatic simulation of ring scaling mechanism and butterfly scaling mechanism composed of triangular shear element. In this paper, the software implementation of each module and related algorithms are introduced in detail. Finally, the necessary conditions for the scaling mechanism to be formed by the combination of straight-bar shear element and triangular plate-shear element are demonstrated.
