機(jī)電產(chǎn)品生命周期評(píng)價(jià)建模研究及支持工具開發(fā)

【摘要】:機(jī)電產(chǎn)品生命周期評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA)是綠色制造前沿技術(shù)之一,同時(shí)也是實(shí)施綠色設(shè)計(jì)和制造的關(guān)鍵和共性基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)。目前,國內(nèi)對(duì)LCA技術(shù)的需求日益強(qiáng)烈,但與歐美日發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,LCA技術(shù)和軟件工具還相當(dāng)落后,而國外LCA軟件工具尚無法適應(yīng)我國國情和制造業(yè)水平,尤其缺乏反映我國國情和制造業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、系統(tǒng)、準(zhǔn)確的LCA底層數(shù)據(jù)庫、知識(shí)庫和方法庫支持,嚴(yán)重影響了我國LCA研究和企業(yè)應(yīng)用的開展。在此背景下,本文對(duì)機(jī)電產(chǎn)品LCA方法及其支持工具進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)研究,可以為中國LCA發(fā)展提供必要的方法和數(shù)據(jù)支持,為企業(yè)LCA的應(yīng)用提供數(shù)據(jù)積累和案例參考。 本文在分析國內(nèi)外綠色設(shè)計(jì)、LCA技術(shù)及軟件工具研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)對(duì)以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究。 (1)在有關(guān)LCA定義及技術(shù)框架研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)當(dāng)前LCA研究的局限性,結(jié)合機(jī)電產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn),建立了LCA中機(jī)電產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)模型,詳細(xì)分析了機(jī)電產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)的信息組成。然后基于此系統(tǒng)模型,在整個(gè)產(chǎn)品生命周期內(nèi)定義了產(chǎn)品的環(huán)境屬性。按照環(huán)境影響因素,對(duì)其生命周期的不同階段進(jìn)行了研究,建立了環(huán)境因素識(shí)別表,按照此識(shí)別表從低污染、低毒等方面研究識(shí)別環(huán)境因素和顯著環(huán)境因素。最后基于生命周期評(píng)價(jià)方法學(xué)框架的研究,針對(duì)機(jī)電產(chǎn)品提出了具體的生命周期評(píng)價(jià)過程和方法。 (2)在當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外LCA數(shù)據(jù)庫現(xiàn)狀研究的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了面向機(jī)電產(chǎn)品的符合中國國情的生命周期評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)庫,提出了基于過程的清單分析方法,建立了基于過程的LCA數(shù)據(jù)庫三層結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并根據(jù)LCA數(shù)據(jù)庫三層結(jié)構(gòu)模型對(duì)LCA數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行了概念結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、對(duì)象屬性分析和邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 (3)結(jié)合上述基于機(jī)電產(chǎn)品的LCA方法和LCA數(shù)據(jù)庫三層結(jié)構(gòu)模型,研究了MLCA系統(tǒng)的目的和功能,選取Visual Studio.NET集成開發(fā)環(huán)境為開發(fā)平臺(tái),B/S模式為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)模式,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的總體框架。針對(duì)此框架,利用C#及SQL Server技術(shù),對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了接口定義、數(shù)據(jù)庫關(guān)聯(lián)、接口實(shí)現(xiàn)等詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。最后實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的直觀顯示,即對(duì)系統(tǒng)操作界面的設(shè)計(jì)。 (4)基于機(jī)電產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)模型及相關(guān)環(huán)境因素的識(shí)別,利用所開發(fā)的MLCA系統(tǒng),對(duì)Y80M1-4-0.55型電機(jī)進(jìn)行了生命周期評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Mechanical and electrical product life cycle assessment (Life Cycle Assessment,LCA) is one of the leading technologies of green manufacturing, and it is also the key and common basic technology of green design and manufacturing. At present, the domestic demand for LCA technology is increasingly strong, but compared with the developed countries in Europe, the United States and Japan, LCA technology and software tools are still quite backward, while foreign LCA software tools are still unable to adapt to China's national conditions and manufacturing level. In particular, the lack of support to reflect the situation of our country and manufacturing industry, system, accurate LCA database, knowledge base and method base has seriously affected the development of LCA research and enterprise application in our country. Under this background, this paper focuses on the LCA method and its supporting tools for mechanical and electrical products, which can provide necessary methods and data support for the development of LCA in China, and provide data accumulation and case reference for the application of LCA in enterprises. Based on the analysis of the research status of green design, LCA technology and software tools at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the following aspects. The main contents are as follows: (1) on the basis of the research on the definition and technical framework of LCA, aiming at the limitation of current LCA research and combining with the characteristics of mechanical and electrical products, the mechanical and electrical product system model in LCA is established, and the information composition of the electromechanical product system is analyzed in detail. Then, based on this system model, the environmental properties of the product are defined throughout the product life cycle. According to the environmental influence factors, the different stages of their life cycle were studied, and the identification table of environmental factors was established. According to the identification table, the environmental factors and significant environmental factors were identified from the aspects of low pollution, low toxicity and so on. Finally, based on the research of life cycle assessment methodology framework, specific life cycle assessment processes and methods for electromechanical products are proposed. (2) on the basis of the current research of LCA database at home and abroad, the life cycle assessment database for mechanical and electrical products is studied, and the process-based inventory analysis method is put forward. The three-tier structure model of LCA database based on process is established. According to the three-tier structure model of LCA database, the conceptual structure, object attribute analysis and logical structure design of LCA database are carried out. (3) combining the above-mentioned LCA method based on electromechanical products and the three-tier structure model of LCA database, the purpose and function of MLCA system are studied. The integrated development environment of Visual Studio.NET is chosen as the development platform, and the mode of BES is used as the development mode of the system. The overall framework of the system is designed. According to this framework, using C # and SQL Server technology, the system interface definition, database association, interface implementation and so on are designed in detail. Finally, the visual display of the system is realized, that is, the design of the operating interface of the system. (4) based on the model of mechatronics system and the identification of related environmental factors, the life cycle of Y80M1-0.55 motor is evaluated by using the developed MLCA system.
