新型精密行星傳動(dòng)精度實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試與分析研究
[Abstract]:High precision planetary reducer has many advantages, such as small volume, high speed ratio, high transmission precision, small return error, high efficiency, and has a wide range of application prospects. The project is funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (50705100). The experimental study and analysis of a new type of floating disk involute planetary reducer and a new type of double crank involute planetary reducer with variable tooth thickness are of great significance to further improve the transmission accuracy and control error. The main contents are as follows: 1 the working principle, structure composition and design parameters of a new type of floating disk involute planetary reducer and a new type of double crank involute planetary reducer with variable tooth thickness are introduced. The test bench is designed, the test method is formulated and the data processing scheme is put forward. 2 the automatic program control test system of speed reducer motion control, test data acquisition and data saving is designed, and the test software based on VC is developed, and the post-processing program of test data is developed by using Matlab software. 3The time-domain spectrum method and the space-domain method are used to deal with the transmission error test data, aiming at the structure characteristics and parameters of the planetary transmission. The analysis and processing results show that the transmission error of the new type floating disk involute planetary reducer mainly comes from the input shaft (rotating arm) and floating disk. The main influence factor of the transmission error of the new double crank variable tooth thickness involute planetary reducer is crank.
