10T單梁起重機(jī)靜動(dòng)態(tài)性能研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern industrialization, the demands on cranes are getting higher and higher, the types and types of cranes are more and more, the traditional design of cranes can no longer meet the requirements of modern design, and a new design concept is urgently needed. To meet the requirements of safety and practicality. The traditional crane design is designed on the basis of structural mechanics and engineering experience, which has a large randomicity. The designed crane is cumbersome and can not guarantee its safety, which leads to frequent safety accidents and great losses to life and property. With the development of computer technology and the application of finite element method, complex engineering problems have been solved. Taking 10T single beam crane as an example, the static and dynamic analysis of the whole crane is carried out by means of the combination of finite element method and mechanical calculation with workbench software. The displacement and stress changes of each part of the crane under different working conditions such as constant speed lifting and sudden stop are calculated, and the corresponding data are obtained. Through checking these data, the weak links of the crane are found out, and the optimum design of the crane is carried out. Improve the unreasonableness.
