10T單梁起重機(jī)靜動(dòng)態(tài)性能研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)化的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)起重機(jī)的要求愈來(lái)愈高,型號(hào)和種類越來(lái)越多,起重機(jī)的傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)要求,急需一種新的設(shè)計(jì)理念,來(lái)滿足安全性和實(shí)用性的要求。 傳統(tǒng)起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)在結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)和工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的,隨機(jī)性比較大,設(shè)計(jì)的起重機(jī)既笨重又不能保證其安全性,從而導(dǎo)致安全事故頻發(fā),給生命財(cái)產(chǎn)造成重大損失。 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展及有限元方法的運(yùn)用,從而使復(fù)雜的工程問(wèn)題得到了解決。本文以10T單梁式起重機(jī)為例,利用有限元方法和力學(xué)計(jì)算相結(jié)合,通過(guò)workbench軟件對(duì)起重機(jī)整體進(jìn)行靜態(tài)及動(dòng)態(tài)分析,計(jì)算出起重機(jī)在勻速起吊及突然急停等不同工況下的各部分的位移和應(yīng)力變化,并得到相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)查看這些數(shù)據(jù),找出起重機(jī)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),改進(jìn)不合理之處。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern industrialization, the demands on cranes are getting higher and higher, the types and types of cranes are more and more, the traditional design of cranes can no longer meet the requirements of modern design, and a new design concept is urgently needed. To meet the requirements of safety and practicality. The traditional crane design is designed on the basis of structural mechanics and engineering experience, which has a large randomicity. The designed crane is cumbersome and can not guarantee its safety, which leads to frequent safety accidents and great losses to life and property. With the development of computer technology and the application of finite element method, complex engineering problems have been solved. Taking 10T single beam crane as an example, the static and dynamic analysis of the whole crane is carried out by means of the combination of finite element method and mechanical calculation with workbench software. The displacement and stress changes of each part of the crane under different working conditions such as constant speed lifting and sudden stop are calculated, and the corresponding data are obtained. Through checking these data, the weak links of the crane are found out, and the optimum design of the crane is carried out. Improve the unreasonableness.
