【摘要】：裝夾方案設(shè)計(jì)是現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)過程中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。由于方案設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量將直接影響到零件加工精度和效率,需要對裝夾方案定位精度及裝夾變形情況進(jìn)行快速評價(jià)。在研究工件裝夾方案校驗(yàn)算法的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了定位誤差評價(jià)數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)了裝夾方案定位誤差快速評價(jià)。以工件加工位置處的輪廓法向誤差作為統(tǒng)一評價(jià)指標(biāo),同時對裝夾方案造成的工件定位誤差和夾緊誤差進(jìn)行評價(jià)。能夠提高裝夾方案設(shè)計(jì)效率,縮短工裝準(zhǔn)備時間,在一定程度上提升了裝夾方案設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Clamping scheme design is an important link in the process of modern product design and production. Since the quality of the scheme design will directly affect the machining accuracy and efficiency of the parts, it is necessary to evaluate the positioning accuracy and the deformation of the clamping scheme quickly. On the basis of studying the checking algorithm of the clamping scheme, the mathematical model of the positioning error evaluation is established, and the quick evaluation of the positioning error of the clamping scheme is realized by the program. The normal error of workpiece machining position is taken as the unified evaluation index, and the positioning error and clamping error of workpiece caused by clamping scheme are evaluated at the same time. It can improve the efficiency of clamping scheme design, shorten the preparation time of tooling, and improve the design quality of clamping scheme to a certain extent.
