CAPP在單件小批機(jī)械制造企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:科學(xué)技術(shù)的持續(xù)進(jìn)步推動(dòng)著制造企業(yè)的制造技術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的不斷革新,計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝規(guī)劃(Computer Aided Process Planning, CAPP)作為先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的重要組成部分也在迅速發(fā)展,新的CAPP系統(tǒng)層出不窮。近年來,CAPP領(lǐng)域的研究者和企業(yè)技術(shù)人員在繼續(xù)推進(jìn)CAPP的自動(dòng)化和智能化的同時(shí),也開始了CAPP實(shí)用化、商品化的研究與開發(fā)。由于工藝設(shè)計(jì)是一項(xiàng)比較復(fù)雜的工作,而且不同類型的企業(yè)對(duì)工藝設(shè)計(jì)的需求不同,使得目前很多企業(yè)中的CAPP應(yīng)用情況并不理想,因此開發(fā)實(shí)施適合企業(yè)自身特點(diǎn)的CAPP系統(tǒng)勢(shì)在必行。本論文在深入分析單件小批機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的工藝特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)這類企業(yè)對(duì)工藝設(shè)計(jì)的要求,開發(fā)實(shí)施了適合這類企業(yè)的CAPP系統(tǒng)。 論文首先分析了單件小批機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的工藝特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了其對(duì)CAPP的要求,進(jìn)而提出這類企業(yè)CAPP系統(tǒng)所需的基本功能,設(shè)計(jì)出了CAPP系統(tǒng)的總體功能模型。 然后論文對(duì)該CAPP系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述。根據(jù)這類企業(yè)圍繞訂單組織生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn),提出一種基于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和訂單結(jié)構(gòu)自動(dòng)生成的一種工藝結(jié)構(gòu),并在該工藝結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行快速工藝設(shè)計(jì);在工藝設(shè)計(jì)過程中對(duì)訂單的工藝成本進(jìn)行估算與控制,確保估算出的訂單工藝成本不會(huì)超出企業(yè)根據(jù)投標(biāo)時(shí)的標(biāo)價(jià)分解出來的目標(biāo)工藝成本;為了解決信息孤島的問題,本文還對(duì)CAPP與制造資源規(guī)劃(Enterprise Resources Planning, ERP)系統(tǒng)的集成問題進(jìn)行了研究。 最后,通過濟(jì)鋼重機(jī)公司的CAPP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與完善,并驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)的可行性。
[Abstract]:The continuous progress of science and technology promotes the continuous innovation of manufacturing technology and design technology in manufacturing enterprises. As an important part of advanced manufacturing technology, computer-aided process planning (Computer Aided Process Planning, CAPP) is also developing rapidly. New CAPP systems emerge one after another. In recent years, researchers and enterprise technicians in the field of CAPP continue to promote the automation and intelligence of CAPP, at the same time, they have also begun the research and development of practical and commercial CAPP. Because process planning is a complex task, and different types of enterprises have different requirements for process planning, the application of CAPP in many enterprises is not ideal at present. Therefore, it is imperative to develop and implement the CAPP system which is suitable for the enterprise's own characteristics. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the process characteristics of single-piece small batch machine manufacturing enterprises, this paper summarizes the requirements of such enterprises for process planning, and develops and implements a CAPP system suitable for this kind of enterprises. In this paper, the process characteristics of single piece small batch machine manufacturing enterprises are analyzed, and the requirements for CAPP are summarized. Then the basic functions of CAPP system are put forward, and the overall function model of CAPP system is designed. Then the paper describes each function module of the CAPP system in detail. According to the characteristics of order organization, a kind of process structure based on product design structure and order structure is put forward, and the rapid process design is carried out on the basis of this process structure. In the process of process planning, the process cost of the order is estimated and controlled to ensure that the estimated process cost of the order does not exceed the target process cost decomposed by the enterprise according to the bid price. In order to solve the problem of isolated information island, the integration of CAPP and manufacturing resource planning (Enterprise Resources Planning, ERP) system is also studied in this paper. Finally, through the implementation project of CAPP system of Jigang heavy Machine Company, the system is designed and perfected, and the feasibility of the system is verified.
