NuVinci無級變速器的特性分析、試驗(yàn)及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代科技及工業(yè)化的發(fā)展,機(jī)械無級變速器因其具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、工作可靠的優(yōu)點(diǎn),得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用,同時(shí)各生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域?qū)o級變速器的要求也愈來愈高。針對現(xiàn)有水稻田間育秧播種器播種量調(diào)節(jié)過程繁瑣,調(diào)節(jié)量不易控制的問題,本文在研究分析NuVinci無級變速器(原型為Free-Ball)機(jī)械特性的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于機(jī)械無級變速器的播量調(diào)節(jié)傳動(dòng)方案,并對其進(jìn)行了虛擬樣機(jī)仿真。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容及結(jié)論如下: 1)對NuVinci無級變速器的變速傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)分析。通過建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,對其傳動(dòng)比、變速比、承載功率、滑動(dòng)率、機(jī)械效率等機(jī)械特性與結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行理論研究,并利用MATLAB編程語言得出了各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、材料屬性對機(jī)械特性影響的三維曲面圖,為Free-Ball型無級變速器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)選取打下了基礎(chǔ); 2)對NuVinci無級變速器的調(diào)速機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,針對其槽輪輪廓的設(shè)計(jì)提出了一種基于無級變速器輸出傳動(dòng)特性曲線的槽輪輪廓反求設(shè)計(jì)方法,并根據(jù)田間育秧播種器的設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行了實(shí)例設(shè)計(jì); 3)基于VB.net和UG軟件對NuVinci無級變速器進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化變形設(shè)計(jì),為Free-Ball型無級變速器變速傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的參數(shù)化、系列化設(shè)計(jì)打下了基礎(chǔ); 4)利用ADAMS仿真軟件對NuVinci無級變速器進(jìn)行虛擬樣機(jī)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),針對不同的調(diào)速情況及負(fù)載與否進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真分析; 5)研制了無級變速傳動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái),在不同傳動(dòng)比情況下對其傳動(dòng)效率隨負(fù)載及速度變化的機(jī)械特性進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該無級變速器的傳動(dòng)效率隨傳動(dòng)比的變化而發(fā)生改變且在等速傳動(dòng)時(shí)達(dá)到最大值;在結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)選取R0=15m m, Rc=20mm時(shí),最大承載轉(zhuǎn)矩在15N m,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性。 6)在上述研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對現(xiàn)有水稻田間育秧播種器的播量調(diào)節(jié)原理進(jìn)行分析,提出了基于Free-Ball型無級變速器變速傳動(dòng)的播量調(diào)節(jié)改進(jìn)方案,并利用UG軟件完成了虛擬樣機(jī)的裝配。對現(xiàn)有的播量調(diào)節(jié)裝置與無級變速傳動(dòng)播量調(diào)節(jié)方案進(jìn)行分析比較,結(jié)果表明無級變速傳動(dòng)播量調(diào)節(jié)方案不僅大大簡化了播種器播種量調(diào)節(jié)裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)和操作程序,而且也有效地提高了播種密度的連續(xù)性和均勻性,,能較好的適應(yīng)不同播種密度的農(nóng)藝要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern science and technology and industrialization, mechanical stepless transmission has been more and more widely used because of its advantages of simple structure, stable transmission and reliable work. In order to solve the problem that the regulation process of seeding quantity of seeder between paddy fields is tedious and the regulating quantity is not easy to control, the mechanical characteristics of NuVinci stepless transmission (prototype is Free-Ball) are studied and analyzed in this paper. In this paper, a scheme of variable rate transmission based on mechanical stepless transmission is proposed, and the virtual prototype simulation is carried out. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1) Kinematics and dynamics analysis of the variable speed transmission mechanism of NuVinci stepless transmission is carried out. Through the establishment of mathematical model, the relationship between mechanical characteristics and structural parameters, such as transmission ratio, variable speed ratio, bearing power, slippage rate and mechanical efficiency, is studied theoretically, and the structural parameters are obtained by using MATLAB programming language. The 3D surface diagram of the material properties which affects the mechanical properties lays the foundation for the selection of the structural parameters of the Free-Ball type CVT. 2) the speed regulation mechanism of NuVinci CVT is analyzed, and an inverse design method of groove wheel profile based on the output transmission characteristic curve of CVT is proposed for the design of the profile of the slot wheel. According to the design requirements of field seedling seeder, an example design was carried out. 3) based on VB.net and UG software, the parameterized deformation design of NuVinci stepless transmission is carried out, which lays a foundation for the parameterization and serialization design of Free-Ball stepless transmission. 4) the virtual prototype simulation experiment of NuVinci stepless transmission is carried out by using ADAMS simulation software, and the kinematics simulation analysis is carried out according to the different speed regulation situation and load or not. 5) the stepless variable speed transmission test-bed is developed, and the mechanical characteristics of its transmission efficiency varying with load and speed under different transmission ratios are studied experimentally. The experimental results show that the transmission efficiency of the CVT varies with the transmission ratio and reaches the maximum when the transmission speed is constant. The maximum bearing torque is 15N m when the structural parameters are selected R0 / 15mm and Rc=20mm, which further verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis. 6) on the basis of the above research and analysis, through the analysis of the principle of seeding quantity regulation of the existing rice field seeder, the improved scheme of sowing quantity adjustment based on the variable speed transmission of Free-Ball type stepless transmission is put forward. The assembly of virtual prototype is completed by using UG software. This paper analyzes and compares the existing sowing rate regulation device and the continuously variable speed drive. The results show that the scheme not only simplifies the structure and operation procedure of the seeder seeding quantity regulation device, but also greatly simplifies the sowing rate regulation scheme of the continuously variable speed transmission. It also improves the continuity and uniformity of seeding density, and can adapt to the agronomic requirements of different sowing densities.
