子系統(tǒng)的空間狀態(tài)方程聯(lián)接方法研究

【摘要】:由于復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)或機構(gòu)模型在建模和計算分析時均十分困難,所以需要采用子結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)綜合法(CMS),通過將大型結(jié)構(gòu)模型劃分成為多個部分之后分別進(jìn)行分析,之后用聯(lián)接的方法將各個部分組合成為整體模型。 本文首先基于有限元的模態(tài)分析結(jié)果,給出了建立相應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)或機構(gòu)狀態(tài)空間方程的一般方法。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)子模型聯(lián)接界面處的相應(yīng)節(jié)點的位移相等以及相互之間作用力大小相等方向相反的邊界協(xié)調(diào)條件,推導(dǎo)了子模型的空間狀態(tài)方程聯(lián)接的一般公式,實現(xiàn)了子模型空間狀態(tài)方程的聯(lián)接。 最后以天線實例模型進(jìn)行有限元分析后得到相關(guān)的狀態(tài)空間方程,通過仿真結(jié)果對比驗證了由結(jié)構(gòu)分析建立控制狀態(tài)空間方程以及聯(lián)接方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Because the complex structure or mechanism model is very difficult to model and calculate and analyze, it is necessary to use the substructure modal synthesis method (CMS),) to analyze the large structure model by dividing it into several parts. Then each part is combined into a whole model by the method of joining. In this paper, based on the modal analysis results of finite element method, a general method for establishing the state space equation of the corresponding structure or mechanism is presented. On this basis, based on the boundary coordination conditions in which the displacement of the corresponding node at the interface of the submodel is equal and the forces are equal and the direction of the interaction is opposite, the general formula of the spatial state equation connection of the submodel is derived. The connection of the space state equation of the submodel is realized. Finally, the state space equations are obtained by finite element analysis with the antenna model, and the feasibility of establishing the control state space equation and the connection method from the structure analysis is verified by the simulation results.
