【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,同時(shí)帶動(dòng)相應(yīng)零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展。變速器這一汽車(chē)核心零部件的生產(chǎn)和制造由于存在生產(chǎn)技術(shù)落后、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)效率低、質(zhì)量差、單位產(chǎn)品能耗高等缺點(diǎn),從而成為汽車(chē)行業(yè)日趨關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本研究立足于工業(yè)工程學(xué)科體系,結(jié)合多學(xué)科的相關(guān)知識(shí),突破以往學(xué)者研究上的理論限制,為變速器工廠的設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃提供了一個(gè)數(shù)字化程度高、科學(xué)適用性強(qiáng)的新方案,并在此基礎(chǔ)上完善了變速器工廠設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃研究體系,提高了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和效率,降低了生產(chǎn)成本和能耗。 本論文綜合運(yùn)用可拓工程和精益生產(chǎn)等學(xué)科的相關(guān)思想和理論體系,以計(jì)算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)CAD/CAM/CAPP為設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),創(chuàng)建了變速器工廠生產(chǎn)流程的數(shù)字化分析控制閉環(huán)系統(tǒng),從而簡(jiǎn)化了生產(chǎn)工藝,優(yōu)化了生產(chǎn)流程。 本研究結(jié)合變速器工廠的實(shí)際情況,分別對(duì)其生產(chǎn)流程中的物流和作業(yè)單位相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析和研究,并構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)(SLP),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)變速器工廠科學(xué)的布局規(guī)劃,并利用Flexsim仿真技術(shù)驗(yàn)證該設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。 論文還構(gòu)建了一套財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)體系,通過(guò)此體系可以分析變速器工廠設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃中所存在的問(wèn)題,并為最終實(shí)現(xiàn)變速器工廠的數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)提出切實(shí)可行的改進(jìn)方案。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21 st century, China's automobile industry has developed rapidly, while driving the rapid development of the corresponding parts industry. The production and manufacture of transmission, the core part of the automobile, has become the focus of the automobile industry due to its backward production technology, low production efficiency, poor quality and high energy consumption per unit product. This research is based on the system of industrial engineering, combines the related knowledge of many subjects, breaks through the theoretical limitation of previous scholars' research, and provides a new scheme with high digitization and strong scientific applicability for the design and planning of transmission factory. On this basis, the design and planning research system of transmission factory is improved, the production quality and efficiency are improved, and the production cost and energy consumption are reduced. In this paper, the digital analysis and control closed-loop system of transmission factory production process is established based on the computer aided technology (CAD/CAM/CAPP) and the related thought and theory system of extension engineering and lean production. Thus, the production process is simplified and the production process is optimized. According to the actual situation of transmission factory, this study analyzes and studies the relationship between logistics and operation units in its production process, and constructs a systematic layout design (SLP),) to realize the scientific layout planning of transmission factory. The feasibility of the design is verified by Flexsim simulation technology. This paper also constructs a set of financial system evaluation system, through which the problems in the design and planning of transmission factory can be analyzed, and a feasible improvement scheme is put forward for the final realization of digital design of transmission factory.
