磷酸酯離子液體潤滑脂的摩擦學性能研究

【摘要】:用腐蝕性較低、簡單易合成的磷酸酯離子液體為基礎油,聚四氟乙烯微粉為稠化劑制備一種新型的離子液體潤滑脂,在Optimol SRV摩擦試驗機上考察其對鋼/鋼摩擦副的摩擦學性能。結果表明,磷酸酯離子液體潤滑脂在室溫和高溫(100℃)下都表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的減摩抗磨性,并且其減摩抗磨性與離子液體陽離子和陰離子的烷基鏈長密切相關。磨斑表面掃描電鏡和XPS的分析結果表明:摩擦表面既存在離子液體潤滑脂與摩擦表面發(fā)生摩擦化學反應生成的含有Fe F2、Fe PO4和氮的氧化物的化學反應膜,又存在稠化劑聚四氟乙烯的物理吸附膜。
