基于圖論的壓縮機(jī)故障診斷算法實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:多級往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)通常由電動機(jī)通過皮帶輪傳動使曲軸產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn),經(jīng)連桿帶動活塞產(chǎn)生往復(fù)運(yùn)動,從而使氣缸、活塞頂面、閥片所組成的空間容積發(fā)生周期變化以到達(dá)壓縮氣體的目的。多級壓縮機(jī)作為一類復(fù)雜的機(jī)電系統(tǒng),各級汽缸狀態(tài)相互關(guān)聯(lián)、相互耦合,因此對其進(jìn)行故障診斷有較大的難度。 基于圖論的故障珍斷方法是故障診斷領(lǐng)域的一個重要分支,具有很大的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展前景。本文以圖論為理論基礎(chǔ),以三級往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)為研究對象,對這一方法若干重要方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)、深入地研究。圖論應(yīng)用于故障診斷時,其方法有兩種:故障傳播有向圖DG和符號有向圖SDG(Signed Directed Graph)。指出了基于傳播有向圖DG診斷方法的不足之處,系統(tǒng)闡述了基于符號有向圖SDG的故障診斷方法。SDG的故障診斷方法,有著固有的缺陷,診斷分辨率和診斷速度有待提高。因此,本文將采用SDG和專家系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的方法。 本文的主要研究工作有兩方面:一建立壓縮機(jī)的SDG模型,二構(gòu)建出人機(jī)交互界面。在SDG建模方面,針對往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī),,提出了一個綜合性SDG故障診斷架構(gòu)。該綜合性故障診斷架構(gòu)采用基于經(jīng)驗知識的建模方法,并引入了分級SDG建模的思想。在軟件方面,使用C++語言,以Visual Studio2005、SQL Server2000為平臺,來實(shí)現(xiàn)壓縮機(jī)故障診斷系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。 基于SDG的故障診斷方法與專家系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,具有很大的優(yōu)勢,是一種極具發(fā)展前途的故障診斷方法。
[Abstract]:The multi-stage reciprocating compressor is usually driven by the motor through the belt pulley to cause the crankshaft to rotate, and the connecting rod to drive the piston to produce reciprocating motion, thus making the cylinder and the top surface of the piston. The space volume of the valve sheet changes periodically to achieve the purpose of compressed gas. As a kind of complex electromechanical system, multistage compressors are interrelated and coupled with each other, so it is difficult to diagnose their faults. Graph theory based fault diagnosis method is an important branch of fault diagnosis field and has great application and development prospect. Based on graph theory and three-stage reciprocating compressor, this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on several important aspects of this method. When graph theory is applied to fault diagnosis, there are two methods: fault propagation directed graph DG and symbolic directed graph SDG (Signed Directed Graph). This paper points out the shortcomings of the DG diagnosis method based on propagating directed graph, and expounds systematically the fault diagnosis method based on symbolic directed graph SDG. The fault diagnosis method of SDG has inherent defects, and the diagnosis resolution and speed need to be improved. Therefore, this paper will adopt the method of combining SDG and expert system. The main research work of this paper is as follows: first, establish the SDG model of compressor; second, construct the human-computer interface. In the aspect of SDG modeling, a comprehensive SDG fault diagnosis framework is proposed for reciprocating compressor. The integrated fault diagnosis architecture adopts empirical knowledge based modeling method and introduces the idea of hierarchical SDG modeling. In the aspect of software, C language and Visual Studio2005,SQL Server2000 are used to realize the development of compressor fault diagnosis system. The combination of fault diagnosis method based on SDG and expert system has great advantages and is a very promising fault diagnosis method.
