價(jià)值工程理論在復(fù)雜機(jī)電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:The design of complex mechanical and electrical products is designed to meet the needs of human being for the performance of mechanical and electrical products. By using relevant basic knowledge, professional knowledge, practical experience and system engineering, the design of complex mechanical and electrical products is envisaged and conceived, calculated and analyzed. The entire process of providing the results of the design and manufacture of mechanical equipment. Therefore, the design of complex electromechanical products is a multi-process, multi-source, multi-component, multidisciplinary coupling process. In this paper, the theory of value engineering is introduced into the design of complex mechanical and electrical products, and the quality function deployment technology is used in the design process of complex mechanical and electrical products. The quality function deployment is good at transforming customer demand into design requirements. The application of quality function in product design based on value engineering theory can effectively carry out demand and function analysis and ensure the success of new product development. Firstly, the value engineering theory framework of complex electromechanical product design is constructed, and the value engineering implementation program of complex electromechanical product design is determined, which lays a foundation for the research of new design idea, method and technology optimization. Secondly, under the guidance of value engineering theory, the information of complex electromechanical product design is collected, and the function analysis and function evaluation of complex electromechanical product are carried out. Thirdly, based on the object of value engineering, and guided by the function of complex mechanical and electrical products, the quality room technology is used in the analysis of customer demand, so as to obtain accurate customer demand information. On the premise of fully and reliably meeting the customer's demand, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the function and cost, and tries to replace the original function realization method with the low cost function realization method. Finally, the optimization scheme of complex electromechanical product design is established. The minimum life cycle cost is used as the basis for the detailed evaluation of multiple schemes, and an optimal scheme generation strategy is proposed.
