新型雙作用葉片式海水泵

【摘要】:由于海水中存在細(xì)小的固體粉砂以及海水強(qiáng)烈的腐蝕性和較差的潤(rùn)滑性,會(huì)對(duì)葉片式海水泵內(nèi)部相互接觸的摩擦表面形成較大的磨損與腐蝕,大大降低葉片泵的使用壽命。針對(duì)上述問題,提出了一種新型結(jié)構(gòu)的葉片泵,該設(shè)計(jì)減少了葉片表面接觸的摩擦副,改善了葉片的受力狀況。本研究對(duì)該葉片泵的組成結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理進(jìn)行了概述,計(jì)算了泵的排量和葉片受力,為進(jìn)一步的研究提供了很好的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Because of the fine solid silt in the seawater and the strong corrosion and poor lubricity of the seawater, the friction surface of the vane type sea pump will be worn and corroded, and the service life of the vane pump will be greatly reduced. In order to solve the above problems, a new type of blade pump is proposed. The design reduces the friction pair of blade surface contact and improves the force condition of blade. In this paper, the composition and working principle of the vane pump are summarized, and the displacement of the pump and the force acting on the vane are calculated, which provides a good theoretical basis for further research.
