【摘要】：安全閥在線校驗(yàn)是最近幾年新產(chǎn)生的技術(shù),適用于鍋爐、壓力容器等設(shè)備上各種彈簧式安全閥的開啟壓力檢測(cè)。因?yàn)樵谠诰�測(cè)量開啟壓力的過程中,裝置并不需要進(jìn)行停車操作,生產(chǎn)操作能夠同步開展,所以在該技術(shù)正式上市后,引起工業(yè)界極大興趣,尤其是現(xiàn)代化流程工業(yè)。許多信息資料證實(shí),安全閥在線調(diào)校技術(shù)的應(yīng)用解決了安全閥運(yùn)行中一系列長(zhǎng)期存在的困擾,諸如不停車現(xiàn)場(chǎng)在線定壓等,有助于提升整體生產(chǎn)操作的連貫性以及穩(wěn)定性,是安全閥離線校驗(yàn)的一種有效補(bǔ)充,其推廣應(yīng)用可以取得顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:On-line check of safety valve is a new technology in recent years, which is suitable for detecting the opening pressure of various spring safety valves on boilers and pressure vessels. Due to the fact that the device does not need to stop operation and the production operation can be carried out simultaneously in the process of on-line measuring the open pressure, it has aroused great interest in the industry, especially in the modern process industry. Many information and materials confirm that the application of on-line adjustment technology of safety valve solves a series of long-standing troubles in the operation of safety valve, such as not stopping on site and setting pressure online, which helps to improve the consistency and stability of the overall production operation. It is an effective supplement for off-line check of safety valve, and its popularization and application can obtain remarkable economic and social benefits.
