液壓缸精密行程智能驅(qū)動單元的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:本文致力于液壓缸精密行程智能驅(qū)動單元的研究與開發(fā),并對其進行了機械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計及電氣控制部分的設(shè)計。機械部分的設(shè)計主要有驅(qū)動單元結(jié)構(gòu)、傳動、電機的選擇及關(guān)鍵零件的設(shè)計與校核等。電氣控制部分主要是對液壓缸控制系統(tǒng)中的各種有用信號進行檢測與放大,主要設(shè)計了壓力傳感器信號放大電路、光柵傳感器倍頻鑒相電路、輸入信號光電隔離電路、輸出信號光電隔離電路及顯示電路等。電氣部分的電路設(shè)計,接口電路的連接,形成了機、電、液、微機系統(tǒng)于一體的具有自動檢測與智能控制功能的動力裝置,最后是對整個液壓控制系統(tǒng)進行綜合,并將本驅(qū)動單元應(yīng)用到液壓控制系統(tǒng)中作進一步研究,論證了驅(qū)動單元控制液壓缸系統(tǒng)的可行性與穩(wěn)定性,最終實現(xiàn)對液壓缸行程(位置)輸出的精確控制。
[Abstract]:This paper is devoted to the research and development of the intelligent drive unit for the precision stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, and designs the mechanical structure and the electrical control part. The design of mechanical part mainly includes drive unit structure, transmission, motor selection, design and check of key parts, etc. The electric control part mainly detects and amplifies all kinds of useful signals in the hydraulic cylinder control system, mainly designs the pressure sensor signal amplification circuit, the grating sensor frequency doubling phase discrimination circuit, the input signal photoelectric isolation circuit, Output signal photoelectric isolation circuit and display circuit. The circuit design of the electric part and the connection of the interface circuit form a power device with the functions of automatic detection and intelligent control, which integrates the machine, electricity, liquid and microcomputer system. Finally, it synthesizes the whole hydraulic control system. The drive unit is applied to the hydraulic control system for further study, and the feasibility and stability of the drive unit control hydraulic cylinder system are demonstrated. Finally, the accurate control of the hydraulic cylinder stroke (position) output is realized.
