DA410-61型離心壓縮機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)與分析

【摘要】:空氣壓縮機(jī)作為一種重要的動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,廣泛應(yīng)用于生活生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),如礦山、冶金、機(jī)械制造、電子電力、化工、紡織、包裝行業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。對(duì)離心式壓縮機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)故障的分析與研究,保證離心式壓縮機(jī)的安全可靠運(yùn)行,對(duì)于提高生產(chǎn)效率、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有重要意義。 本文針對(duì)上海鼓風(fēng)機(jī)廠設(shè)計(jì)制造的DA410—61型離心壓縮機(jī)的運(yùn)行振動(dòng)問(wèn)題,對(duì)該壓縮機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子組展開(kāi)了結(jié)構(gòu)及頻率分析,主要內(nèi)容如下:首先,對(duì)該離心式壓縮機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子組運(yùn)行中的振動(dòng)故障現(xiàn)象及產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行了分析;其次,采用SoildWorks建立轉(zhuǎn)子組的三維模型,并利用Simulation對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子組進(jìn)行了有限元優(yōu)化分析;第三,從有限元分析結(jié)果,得出轉(zhuǎn)子組的固有頻率和臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,提出了改進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)子組結(jié)構(gòu)的相應(yīng)措施,經(jīng)Simulation軟件分析說(shuō)明改造方案可行,且改造后壓縮機(jī)組運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。
[Abstract]:As an important power production equipment, air compressor is widely used in various aspects of daily production, such as mining, metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing, electronic power, chemical industry, textile, packaging industry and so on. The analysis and research of rotor vibration fault of centrifugal compressor is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and economic benefit to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the centrifugal compressor. Aiming at the operation vibration of DA410-61 centrifugal compressor designed and manufactured by Shanghai Blower Factory, the structure and frequency of the rotor set of the compressor are analyzed in this paper. The main contents are as follows: first of all, In this paper, the vibration failure phenomenon and its causes in the operation of the rotor group of the centrifugal compressor are analyzed. Secondly, the three-dimensional model of rotor group is established by SoildWorks, and the finite element optimization analysis of rotor group is carried out by Simulation. Thirdly, from the results of finite element analysis, the natural frequency and critical speed of the rotor group are obtained, and the corresponding measures to improve the structure of the rotor group are put forward. The analysis of Simulation software shows that the retrofit scheme is feasible and the compressor unit runs smoothly after the revamping.
