自動變速箱內置式齒輪泵齒圈斷裂的解決方法

【摘要】:為了解決無卸荷槽的內置式齒輪泵的齒圈斷裂的問題,利用三維建模軟件建立齒輪泵模型,通過FLUENT進行內部流場仿真,得到分別開設無卸荷槽、對稱式卸荷槽和偏置式卸荷槽齒輪泵的最高困油壓力值,并計算出3種泵的容積效率,驗證了采用偏置式卸荷槽的泵能很好地解決困油問題且能提高泵的容積效率。通過計算設計出偏置卸荷槽的偏移位置,并進行樣機試驗驗證。經比較試驗結果與仿真結果相近,這為設計內置式齒輪泵提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of gear ring fracture of built-in gear pump without unloading slot, the model of gear pump was established by using 3D modeling software, and the internal flow field was simulated by FLUENT. The maximum trapped oil pressure of symmetrical unloading groove and offset unloading groove gear pump is calculated, and the volume efficiency of three pumps is calculated. It is proved that the pump with offset unloading groove can solve the problem of oil trap and improve the volume efficiency of pump. The offset position of the offset unloading slot is designed by calculation, and the prototype test is carried out. The comparison between the experimental results and the simulation results provides a reference for the design of the built-in gear pump.
