【摘要】：目前城市公交公司、金融機(jī)構(gòu)等硬幣流通量大,錢幣分類主要依賴于人工,成本高且效率低下。設(shè)計(jì)了一款硬幣自動(dòng)分類裝置,可對混雜在一起的人民幣第5版各種硬幣進(jìn)行分類、整理、分離和計(jì)數(shù)。該裝置利用硬幣直徑尺寸的不同,分3個(gè)步驟分離硬幣。第1步利用滾筒分離出直徑最大的1元硬幣;第2步利用梯形漏斗使5角和1角硬幣層疊;第3步利用有6個(gè)通孔的旋轉(zhuǎn)圓盤和有12個(gè)通孔的固定圓盤分離出5角和1角的硬幣。通過測試,該裝置分幣效果相當(dāng)于5名人工的效果。該裝置分幣準(zhǔn)確、實(shí)用、效率高,可推廣使用。
[Abstract]:At present, urban transit companies, financial institutions and other coins have a large circulation, the classification of coins mainly depends on labor, high cost and low efficiency. A coin automatic sorting device is designed, which can classify, sort, separate and count all kinds of coins mixed with RMB version 5. The device uses different diameters of coins to separate coins in three steps. In the first step, the largest diameters of 1 yuan coins are separated from the rollers, the second step is that the trapezoid funnel is used to stack the 50 and 1 dime coins. In the third step, the coins of 5 and 1 angle are separated from the rotating disk with 6 holes and the fixed disk with 12 holes. Through the test, the effect of the device is equivalent to that of 5 people. The device is accurate, practical, efficient and can be popularized.
