基于制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的裝配過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制研究
[Abstract]:Assembly activity is an important part of product production. The quality of assembly link has a great influence on the final product quality. The implementation of information software can help enterprises to establish a real-time and effective assembly quality information platform. This paper mainly studies how to improve the quality control of assembly production process through manufacturing execution system. Firstly, the requirement and function goal of assembly quality control for manufacturing execution software are analyzed. Then it explains how to eliminate the problem of "information fault" and "information island" in enterprise quality management from two aspects of function framework and technical framework, and introduces the main function module and support layer of KMMES. Application layer and access layer three-tier technical framework. The quality activity resume is used as the carrier of quality information, and the quality information produced by assembly production, quality inspection and other processes is integrated, which facilitates the collection, storage and transfer of quality information. In this paper, a workshop quality information transfer model based on quality activity resume is constructed, and the correlation between quality activity resume and BOM, process BOM and quality BOM is established, and the generation and transfer of quality activity resume are realized. Through the management of production master plan, the realization flow of quality traceability in manufacturing execution system is explained, and the following three aspects are studied: tracking production assembly process through quality activity resume, integration of manufacturing execution system and production scheduling software, The bar code label is used to identify the production materials, which solves the three key problems of quality information integration, production process monitoring and batch identification in the realization of quality traceability, respectively. Taking the statistical analysis of assembly quality data and the material consistency management as examples, the paper illustrates the practical application process of the related research results in the function modules of KMMES, such as quality management, production monitoring and so on.
