刮板輸送機(jī)減速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)WDP加載裝置動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真

【摘要】:為給中小型減速器生產(chǎn)企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)造價(jià)低、節(jié)能可動(dòng)態(tài)加載的減速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)加載裝置。在對(duì)機(jī)械封閉式刮板輸送機(jī)減速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)和合理性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了"蝸輪控制雙行星傳動(dòng)"加載裝置。根據(jù)實(shí)際出廠檢驗(yàn)的超載試驗(yàn)為仿真設(shè)置參數(shù),對(duì)加載裝置進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真并確定性能關(guān)系。為中小型生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對(duì)于減速器出廠檢驗(yàn)提供了一種新的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)加載方式。
[Abstract]:A low cost, energy saving and dynamic loading device is designed for medium and small reducer production enterprises. On the basis of the design and rationality analysis of the test bed of mechanical closed scraper conveyor reducer, the loading device of "worm wheel control double planet drive" is designed. According to the overload test of actual factory inspection, the parameters are set for simulation, and the dynamic simulation of the loading device is carried out and the relationship between performance and performance is determined. It provides a new loading method for the factory inspection of reducer in medium and small production enterprises.
