含硫磷的水溶性三嗪添加劑對(duì)硬質(zhì)合金的摩擦學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:合成一種水溶性潤滑添加劑2,4-雙-(二乙醇胺基)-6-(O,O'-二乙醇胺基二硫代磷酸酯)-S-基-1,3,5-均三嗪化合物(DDT),利用四球摩擦試驗(yàn)機(jī)考察其在水-乙二醇基礎(chǔ)液中對(duì)YG8硬質(zhì)合金鋼球的潤滑性能。結(jié)果表明:該化合物作為水基潤滑添加劑可使水-乙二醇基礎(chǔ)液的極壓值提高了近5倍,并且可使硬質(zhì)合金鋼球磨斑直徑和磨痕明顯減小,表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的抗磨減摩性能;通過SEM和EDS分析,可推測該水溶性化合物在摩擦過程中可能發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)生成了磷酸鎢、二硫化鎢等化學(xué)膜,也可能生成一些含S、N小分子有機(jī)物組成的邊界潤滑膜,從而起到了良好的抗磨減摩作用。
[Abstract]:Synthesis of a Water-soluble Lubricating Additive 2O4- (diethanolamine) -6- (OOO- diethanolamine dithiophosphate) -S- (1-triazine) -5-triazine compound (DDT), The lubricating properties of YG8 cemented carbide steel balls in water glycol base liquid were investigated by four ball friction tester. The results show that the extreme pressure of water-glycol base liquid can be increased by nearly 5 times as the additive of water-based lubrication, and the diameter and wear mark of wear spot of cemented carbide steel ball can be reduced obviously, showing excellent anti-wear and anti-friction performance. Through the analysis of SEM and EDS, it can be inferred that the chemical reaction of the water-soluble compound in the friction process may result in the formation of tungsten phosphate, tungsten disulfide and other chemical films, as well as the formation of some boundary lubricating films consisting of small organic compounds containing Sn-N. Thus, it plays a good role in anti-wear and anti-friction.
