基于matlab技術(shù)的離心泵葉輪繪型方法的研究

【摘要】:無論是離心泵的傳統(tǒng)方法還是CAD設(shè)計方法,離心泵葉輪繪型一直沿用二維工程圖(如向視圖、剖面圖)來表示三維物體。本文采用matlab計算軟件,對數(shù)值計算直接繪制離心泵葉輪葉片曲面的方法進(jìn)行探索,旨在研究離心泵葉輪繪型方法。以下為本課題研究所做的主要工作: 1、設(shè)計確定離心泵的基本性能參數(shù)和基本幾何參數(shù),以此作為matlab編程的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù); 2、提出采用matlab數(shù)值計算直接繪制離心泵葉輪曲面的思路,探索離心泵葉輪參數(shù)化繪型方法; 3、通過與傳統(tǒng)繪型方法繪制出的葉輪以及與已設(shè)計完成的Q7H50離心泵的對比,,獲得準(zhǔn)確的基礎(chǔ)性數(shù)據(jù),作為評價離心泵葉輪性能CFD模擬結(jié)果的參照; 4、對離心泵水力模型進(jìn)行全面的CFD模擬分析,分析比較MATLAB方法繪制的葉輪和傳統(tǒng)方法繪制的葉輪的精確性、可靠性和實用性; 5、整合并提出更加符合CAD/CAM交會對接的離心泵葉輪繪型方法,使之滿足工程實際需要,進(jìn)一步提升離心泵葉輪繪型水平。 本課題的主要創(chuàng)新點是找到一種新型的、高效的、通用的離心泵葉輪繪型方法,使matlab技術(shù)為離心泵葉輪繪型與CAD/CAM對接提供新的思路。 由于時間有限加之本人經(jīng)驗不足,有一些研究內(nèi)容還有瑕疵。文中的數(shù)學(xué)模型是建立在一元設(shè)計理論基礎(chǔ)上的,葉輪葉片進(jìn)、出口安放角的取值仍舊依賴于設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,使得參數(shù)化繪型同樣對于設(shè)計經(jīng)驗具有一定的依賴性。
[Abstract]:Whether it is the traditional method of centrifugal pump or the CAD design method, the drawing of centrifugal pump impeller has always used two-dimensional engineering drawings (such as directional view, profile) to represent three-dimensional objects. In this paper, the method of directly drawing the blade surface of centrifugal pump impeller by numerical calculation is explored with matlab software. The purpose of this paper is to study the drawing method of centrifugal pump impeller. The following is the main work of this research: 1. The basic performance parameters and geometric parameters of centrifugal pump are designed and determined, which is used as the basic data of matlab programming; 2. The idea of drawing the surface of centrifugal pump impeller directly by matlab numerical calculation is put forward, and the parameterized drawing method of centrifugal pump impeller is explored. 3Compared with the traditional drawing method and the designed Q7H50 centrifugal pump, the accurate basic data are obtained, which can be used as the reference for evaluating the performance of the centrifugal pump impeller by CFD simulation. 4. The hydraulic model of centrifugal pump is simulated by CFD, and the accuracy, reliability and practicability of the impeller drawn by MATLAB method and traditional method are analyzed and compared. 5. Integrating and putting forward the drawing method of centrifugal pump impeller, which is more suitable for CAD/CAM rendezvous and docking, so that it can meet the practical engineering needs and further improve the drawing level of centrifugal pump impeller. The main innovation of this paper is to find a new, efficient and universal method for drawing centrifugal pump impeller, so that matlab technology can provide a new idea for the connection between centrifugal pump impeller and CAD/CAM. Due to limited time and my lack of experience, there are some flaws in the research content. The mathematical model in this paper is based on the univariate design theory. The input and outlet angle of impeller blade still depends on the design experience, which makes parametric drawing also dependent on the design experience.
