面向模具行業(yè)的機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:模具工業(yè)是現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的基礎產(chǎn)業(yè),在國民經(jīng)濟中占有舉足輕重的地位,是“現(xiàn)代工業(yè)之母”。隨著信息社會的快速發(fā)展,模具行業(yè)的競爭也越來越激烈,怎么樣才能提高模具企業(yè)的市場競爭力是企業(yè)所面臨的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。根據(jù)模具工業(yè)的特點,改進模具企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)方式是解決模具企業(yè)面臨市場競爭問題的一個必要方向。以機器人制造單元為代表的先進柔性制造技術(shù),在模具企業(yè)應用,可以有效控制模具的生產(chǎn)成本,提高模具的生產(chǎn)效率,滿足模具企業(yè)的小批量多樣化的生產(chǎn)需求,開展模具機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)的研究對提高模具企業(yè)的市場競爭力具有重要意義。 在本文中,針對模具機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)進行了深入的研究,主要工作包括以下幾方面: (1)根據(jù)模具企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)流程和生產(chǎn)方式,總結(jié)了模具企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)特點及其存在問題,結(jié)合機器人制造單元技術(shù)的發(fā)展概況和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,用機器人制造單元來組織模具企業(yè)智能化生產(chǎn)。在此基礎上,從系統(tǒng)建模、運行控制和通信網(wǎng)絡服務等三個方面,構(gòu)建了面向模具行業(yè)的機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)。 (2)通過對模具機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務過程、總體功能需求和功能描述等進行了需求建模,建立了機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)模型和動態(tài)行為模型。 (3)通過對制造單元系統(tǒng)控制結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展過程分析,結(jié)合模具企業(yè)對機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)運行控制結(jié)構(gòu)的要求,構(gòu)建了面向模具行業(yè)的機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)的運行控制結(jié)構(gòu)。接著,分析了系統(tǒng)主要的運行控制功能,建立了模具機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)的運行控制模型。 (4)通過分析系統(tǒng)的通信過程和主要設備間的通信,構(gòu)建了面向模具行業(yè)的機器人制造單元系統(tǒng)的總體網(wǎng)絡通信方案,并通過OPNET網(wǎng)絡仿真工具進行了建模仿真。 最后,基于以上研究成果的分析,進行了系統(tǒng)的設計和原型的開發(fā)實現(xiàn),并通過在模具企業(yè)某機器人制造單元上的應用實例,驗證了該單元設計的有效性和可行性,對實現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息化、智能化制造和提高模具企業(yè)的市場競爭力具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Mould industry is the basic industry of modern manufacturing industry, occupies a pivotal position in the national economy, and is the "mother of modern industry". With the rapid development of information society, the competition of mould industry is becoming more and more fierce. How to improve the market competitiveness of mould enterprises is the problem and challenge faced by enterprises. According to the characteristics of die and mould industry, it is necessary to improve the mode of production of die and mould enterprises to solve the problem of market competition. The advanced flexible manufacturing technology, represented by the robot manufacturing unit, can effectively control the production cost of the mould, improve the production efficiency of the mould, and meet the diversified production requirements of the mould enterprise in small quantities. It is of great significance to develop the research of mould robot manufacturing unit system to improve the market competitiveness of die and mould enterprises. In this paper, a deep research on the mold robot manufacturing unit system is carried out. The main work includes the following aspects: (1) according to the production process and production mode of the mould enterprise, This paper summarizes the production characteristics and existing problems of die and mould enterprises, combined with the general situation of the development of robot manufacturing unit technology and the present research situation at home and abroad, the intelligent production of die and mould enterprises is organized by robot manufacturing unit. On this basis, the architecture of robot manufacturing unit system for mould industry is constructed from three aspects: system modeling, operation control and communication network service. (2) by modeling the business process, general function requirement and function description of the mold robot manufacturing unit system, the static model and the dynamic behavior model of the robot manufacturing unit system are established. (3) based on the analysis of the development process of the control structure of the manufacturing unit system and the requirements of the mould enterprise for the running control structure of the robot manufacturing unit system, the running control structure of the robot manufacturing unit system for the mould industry is constructed. Then, the main operation control functions of the system are analyzed, and the operation control model of the mold robot manufacturing unit system is established. (4) by analyzing the communication process of the system and the communication between the main equipments, the overall network communication scheme of the robot manufacturing unit system for the mould industry is constructed, and the modeling and simulation are carried out through the OPNET network simulation tool. Finally, based on the analysis of the above research results, the system design and prototype development are carried out, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the unit design are verified by an application example on a robot manufacturing unit in a mould enterprise. It is of great significance to realize enterprise informatization, intelligentize manufacturing and improve the market competitiveness of mould enterprises.
