XKJ-480型精煉機(jī)用活齒減速機(jī)的試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:The movable gear with less tooth difference is one of the mechanical transmission forms that transfer the motion of rotation between two coaxles. It has excellent application performance compared with the previous parallel shaft input and output mode of the old reducer. At present in industry and other fields of application is also expanding. In this paper, the XKJ-480 refining machine is replaced by a movable gear reducer, which greatly improves the efficiency of the rubber mechanical transmission mechanism and greatly reduces the area occupied by the fuselage. This has profound significance to the development of this field. The application innovation of this paper is based on the design theory of the movable gear reducer, the prototype of the movable gear reducer is designed and made and the original reducer is replaced, which not only improves the transmission efficiency, but also saves the manufacturing space. It can also provide a factual basis and basis for further transformation. The main tasks are as follows: the theoretical basis of the movable tooth drive is expounded, the model of the movable tooth reducer is constructed and the motion simulation is completed according to the design data of the predecessors. The assembly drawings and parts drawings are made and the process analysis of transmission parts is carried out; the dynamics analysis of virtual prototyping; the analysis and processing of the later test data and the theoretical optimization design of the test scheme are carried out. The important conclusions of this paper are as follows: the success of motion simulation and the establishment of the design drawings and process of the design data have laid the foundation for the feasibility of the machining of the movable gear reducer; Through dynamic simulation, it can be seen that the efficiency of the movable gear reducer used in XKJ-480 refining machine is greatly improved, which lays a strong factual basis for the application and development of the movable tooth transmission mode in industry. The theoretical optimization of the final test scheme has also made an important contribution to improving the refining efficiency of the refining machine.
