激光織構(gòu)化青銅表面在油潤滑條件下的摩擦特性

【摘要】:利用UTM-2摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),考察了在PAO4基礎(chǔ)油潤滑下,不同溫度條件下織構(gòu)(不同面密度-ρt,5%、10%、20%和排列方式-θ=0、30°、60°、90°)對青銅表面摩擦性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在PAO4基礎(chǔ)油潤滑下,在60℃和100℃工況下,相對于原始表面,織構(gòu)增大了摩擦系數(shù)和磨損率,而在25℃和150℃工況下,表面織構(gòu)對摩擦磨損的影響不明顯;隨著溫度的升高,原始表面和各類型織構(gòu)表面的摩擦系數(shù)與磨損率都是呈現(xiàn)先升高再降低的趨勢,No.3(ρt=20%,θ=0)和No.5(ρt=20%,θ=60°)試樣有著較好的耐磨性能。
