多級(jí)混合式行星傳動(dòng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, multistage hybrid planetary transmission system has been widely used in mining, cement, metallurgy, lifting, automobile, machine tool, chemical industry, power, instrument, textile and other fields. Multistage hybrid planetary transmission refers to a gear transmission system composed of planetary gear transmission, cylindrical gear transmission, bevel gear transmission and so on. The high speed stage adopts many fixed shaft gear trains, and the low speed stage uses planetary gear trains, which not only make full use of the characteristics of many types of transmission to make up for the shortage of single type transmission, but also realize the large transmission ratio and large torque output. To meet the market for intersecting shaft and staggered shaft transmission and other diversified needs. The existing research results show that, although the research of high efficiency and high power reducer transmission mechanism is one of the hot topics in the field of reducer transmission design in the world at present, the traditional design methods used in the past not only have a heavy workload, The work efficiency is low and the effect is not good, already cannot satisfy the time development request. In this paper, the high-efficiency and high-power deceleration drive mechanism and its development trend at home and abroad are discussed in detail. Based on the research of optimization design theory, parameterized modeling technology and object-oriented programming language, the author takes Solidworks as the development platform of this system. The interactive interface of the system is developed by using the object-oriented development tool Visual Basic6.0, and the parametric modeling is realized through the secondary development of Solidworks by calling the API function, and the optimal calculation of parameters is realized by the mixed programming of Matlab and VB. The Microsoft Access2000 software is used to manage and store the data in the program, and the optimization design theory is permeated into the whole design process. The application platform of multi-stage hybrid planetary transmission optimization design system based on software development, optimization design technology and CAD technology is constructed. The system consists of six main functional modules: initial parameter input, transmission ratio optimization, planetary gear train optimization design, fixed axis gear train optimization design, parametric modeling and data query. Through interactive operation, the system realizes the optimization calculation and 3D modeling automation of the main parts of multistage hybrid planetary transmission system. It greatly improves the efficiency of product development and design, shortens the development cycle, reduces the cost of design and development, and ensures the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. At the same time, the research and development results are of great significance to improve the design, development and manufacturing capability of similar equipment in related fields in China.
