基于虛擬儀器的電液伺服閥的靜態(tài)性能測試

【摘要】:本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是對電液伺服控制系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵元件一電液伺服閥進行特性測試。 在本文中,我們在133廠原有的液壓試驗臺液壓回路的基礎(chǔ)上,重點對伺服閥的靜態(tài)特性進行了分析,確定了測試方法,結(jié)合虛擬儀器與CAT技術(shù),研制出一套基于虛擬儀器的伺服閥靜態(tài)特性自動化測試系統(tǒng),取代了原有的手工測試系統(tǒng),使新試驗臺具有操作簡單,體積小,集成度高,通用性等特點。 在本測試系統(tǒng)中,測試的主要項目包括有伺服閥的壓力、空載流量、內(nèi)泄漏及分辨率等靜態(tài)特性測試。在試驗臺改造過程中,涉及的研究內(nèi)容主要有虛擬儀器的設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)分析處理、信號控制、液壓伺服控制、硬件搭配、機械加工等,其中針對整個測試系統(tǒng)測試精度的基礎(chǔ)—壓控電流源進行了重點研究。 在測試系統(tǒng)中,系統(tǒng)軟件采用Windows XP操作系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用軟件采用虛擬儀器編程軟件LabVIEW2009。用虛擬儀器結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)采集卡實現(xiàn)了信號輸出,數(shù)據(jù)采集顯示等功能,取代了信號發(fā)生器、以及一些儀器儀表,降低了成本,縮短了開發(fā)時間。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is to test the characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve, which is the key component of electro-hydraulic servo control system. In this paper, on the basis of the hydraulic circuit of the original hydraulic test-bed in 133 factory, the static characteristics of the servo valve are analyzed, the test method is determined, and the virtual instrument and CAT technology are combined. An automatic testing system of servo valve static characteristics based on virtual instrument is developed, which replaces the original manual test system and makes the new test-bed have the characteristics of simple operation, small volume, high integration and versatility. In this test system, the main test items include servo valve pressure, air flow, internal leakage, resolution and other static characteristics test. In the course of the test rig transformation, the research contents involved mainly include the design of virtual instrument, data acquisition, data analysis and processing, signal control, hydraulic servo control, hardware collocation, machining, etc. The voltage control current source, which is the basis of the testing accuracy of the whole test system, is studied emphatically. In the test system, the system software uses Windows XP operating system, and the application software uses virtual instrument programming software LabVIEW2009.. The functions of signal output, data acquisition and display are realized by using virtual instrument combined with data acquisition card, which replaces the signal generator and some instruments, reduces the cost and shortens the development time.
