隨機(jī)環(huán)境下模具車(chē)間任務(wù)投放策略研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著世界自由貿(mào)易與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,制造企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,因此對(duì)于訂貨型(Make To Order,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)MTO)制造企業(yè),除了降低生產(chǎn)成本,還必須縮短企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)制造周期,并且保證產(chǎn)品能按時(shí)交貨,這已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)訂貨型制造企業(yè)在激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中賴(lài)以生存和發(fā)展的重要條件之一。正因如此,產(chǎn)品交貨期的控制對(duì)模具制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制技術(shù)提出了更高要求,顯然當(dāng)前流行的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制技術(shù)難以有效地適應(yīng)于復(fù)雜多變的模具制造企業(yè),難以有效地縮短模具制造周期和保證模具按時(shí)交貨,因此研究能夠有效地適用于模具制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制技術(shù),幫助企業(yè)控制訂單的交貨期,具有非常重要的意義。 針對(duì)此類(lèi)生產(chǎn)環(huán)境高度復(fù)雜的制造行業(yè),人們提出了一種新的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和控制(Production Planning and Control,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)PPC)方法:負(fù)荷控制(Workload Control,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)WLC)。負(fù)荷控制起源于輸入輸出控制的概念,通過(guò)任務(wù)投放控制連接著生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與車(chē)間制造。任務(wù)投放控制包括輸入控制與輸出控制,其中輸入控制決定了車(chē)間任務(wù)池中任務(wù)的生產(chǎn)開(kāi)始時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)、各投放時(shí)刻的投放負(fù)荷界限以及選中哪類(lèi)任務(wù)進(jìn)入車(chē)間生產(chǎn)加工。研究表明,目前任務(wù)投放控制方法已經(jīng)有很多,但是針對(duì)隨機(jī)環(huán)境下模具加工車(chē)間的任務(wù)投放控制方法還沒(méi)有。論文將以某大型模具企業(yè)的制造車(chē)間作為研究背景,提出了適應(yīng)于隨機(jī)環(huán)境下模具加工車(chē)間的任務(wù)投放策略。本文首先提出基于當(dāng)量工時(shí)車(chē)間瓶頸資源的確定方法,并通過(guò)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)加以驗(yàn)證;然后基于車(chē)間瓶頸資源,提出任務(wù)投放上界范圍的確定方法,并采用基于仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)的試湊方法,逼近每個(gè)周期任務(wù)投放量的上界臨界值;最后提出任務(wù)選擇方法,并通過(guò)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證本文所提出的任務(wù)投放策略的合理性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of free trade and global economic integration in the world, the competition among manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Therefore, for the ordering (Make To Order, manufacturing enterprises, besides reducing the production cost, It is also necessary to shorten the production cycle and ensure the timely delivery of the products, which has become one of the important conditions for the survival and development of our country's order-oriented manufacturing enterprises in the fierce competition. Because of this, the control of product delivery time puts forward higher requirements for the production planning and control technology of mould manufacturing enterprises. Obviously, the current popular production planning and control technology is difficult to effectively adapt to the complex and changeable mould manufacturing enterprises. It is difficult to shorten the mould manufacturing cycle and ensure the mould delivery on time, so it is of great significance to study the production planning and control technology which can be effectively applied to the mould manufacturing enterprises and help the enterprises to control the delivery time of orders. In view of this kind of manufacturing industry with highly complex production environment, a new production planning and control (Production Planning and Control, (PPC) method is proposed: (Workload Control, for load control for WLC). Load control originates from the concept of input and output control, which connects production planning with workshop manufacturing through task delivery control. Task launch control includes input control and output control, in which input control determines the production start time node of tasks in the workshop task pool, the drop load limit of each delivery time, and which kinds of tasks are selected to enter the workshop production and processing. The research shows that there are many methods for task delivery control, but there are no methods for task delivery control in random environment. Taking the manufacturing workshop of a large mould enterprise as the research background, this paper puts forward the task placement strategy suitable for the mould processing workshop in random environment. In this paper, the method of determining bottleneck resource based on equivalent man-hour workshop is put forward, and it is verified by simulation experiment. Then, based on the bottleneck resource of workshop, a method of determining the upper bound of task delivery is proposed, and the method of trial and error based on simulation experiment is used to approach the critical value of the upper bound of the amount of tasks in each cycle. Finally, the task selection method is proposed, and the rationality of the task delivery strategy proposed in this paper is verified by simulation experiments.
