油凈化設(shè)備系統(tǒng)模糊可重構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法

【摘要】:油凈化設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)多具有復(fù)雜性和重用性,將模糊可重構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法應(yīng)用到油凈化設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中,提出油凈化設(shè)備系統(tǒng)模糊可重構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法。文章分析了油凈化設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)和影響參數(shù),建立了用于油凈化設(shè)備系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的工藝參數(shù)模型和幾何結(jié)構(gòu)模型;并結(jié)合模糊數(shù)學(xué)原理,給出了針對(duì)油凈化設(shè)備系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的工藝參數(shù)隸屬函數(shù)、幾何結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)隸屬度函數(shù)以及系統(tǒng)模糊配置的方法。以某型的油凈化設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的模糊可重構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為例,說(shuō)明油凈化設(shè)備模糊可重構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法可行。
[Abstract]:The design of oil purification equipment is complex and reusable. The fuzzy reconfigurable design method is applied to the design of oil purification equipment system, and the fuzzy reconfigurable design method of oil purification equipment system is put forward. In this paper, the design indexes and influence parameters of oil purification equipment system are analyzed, and the process parameter model and geometric structure model for oil purification equipment system design are established. Combined with the principle of fuzzy mathematics, the membership function of process parameters, the membership function of geometric structure parameters and the method of fuzzy collocation of the system for oil purification equipment are given. Taking the fuzzy reconfigurable design of a certain oil purification equipment system as an example, the feasibility of the fuzzy reconfigurable design method of the oil purification equipment is proved.
