無油空壓機(jī)的振動分析與噪聲控制

【摘要】:空壓機(jī)作為通用設(shè)備,其噪聲對周邊環(huán)境污染的范圍之廣、危害之大不言而喻。對空壓機(jī)噪聲進(jìn)行控制是必需的,也是有意義的。本文針對WWD-0.8/10型空壓機(jī)的噪聲治理進(jìn)行了一些研究。 介紹WWD-0.8/10型空壓機(jī)的工作原理,分析WWD-0.8/10型空壓機(jī)在運(yùn)行過程中產(chǎn)生振動的原因。由于振動產(chǎn)生噪聲,根據(jù)空壓機(jī)的振動情況,確定其主要噪聲與次要噪聲,之后對空壓機(jī)噪聲特性進(jìn)行分析,采取有效合理的減振降噪措施,保證空壓機(jī)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性,以減少噪聲對人體的危害。 根據(jù)空壓機(jī)的振動情況,我們得到進(jìn)氣口間歇吸入空氣,產(chǎn)生壓力脈動傳送到空氣中形成的空氣動力性噪聲是主要噪聲源,其次是管道系統(tǒng)的氣流脈動和管道振動產(chǎn)生的噪聲。對于進(jìn)氣口產(chǎn)生的空氣動力性噪聲,我們根據(jù)噪聲特性,采取安裝消聲器的方法來降低噪聲,對所選用的消聲器進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,以便獲得動態(tài)特性好,消聲量大的優(yōu)質(zhì)消聲器。 針對常見的壓縮管道振動情況,分析其振動情況主要是是管系結(jié)構(gòu)固有頻率和激發(fā)主頻率相近造成共振,通過計算分析,可得出進(jìn)出氣口管道的共振長度,,使管道的長度避開空壓機(jī)管道的共振長度即可達(dá)到減振降噪措施,對生產(chǎn)安全與降低噪聲都有實際意義。
[Abstract]:As a general purpose equipment, the noise of air compressor has a wide range of environmental pollution and great harm. It is necessary and meaningful to control the noise of air compressor. In this paper, the noise control of WWD-0.8/10 air compressor is studied. This paper introduces the working principle of WWD-0.8/10 type air compressor and analyzes the cause of vibration of WWD-0.8/10 type air compressor during operation. Because the vibration produces noise, according to the vibration of the air compressor, the main noise and the secondary noise are determined, then the noise characteristics of the air compressor are analyzed, and effective and reasonable measures are taken to reduce vibration and noise to ensure the stability of the air compressor. In order to reduce the harm of noise to the human body. According to the vibration of the air compressor, we get that the air dynamic noise caused by the pressure pulsation is the main noise source, the second is the air flow pulsation of the pipeline system and the noise caused by the pipe vibration. For the aerodynamic noise produced by the inlet, we adopt the method of installing muffler to reduce the noise according to the noise characteristics, and optimize the design of the selected muffler in order to obtain the high quality muffler with good dynamic characteristics and large muffler quantity. In view of the common vibration situation of compressed pipeline, the vibration is mainly caused by the resonance caused by the natural frequency of the pipe system structure and the excitation main frequency. Through calculation and analysis, the resonant length of the pipeline at the inlet and outlet can be obtained. The vibration and noise reduction measures can be achieved by avoiding the resonance length of the air compressor pipeline, which is of practical significance to production safety and noise reduction.
